   First, we were seated at a table and promptly re-seated due to another reservation. After ordering a bottle of wine, 10 minutes later, received the news that that wine was unavailable. Order the second bottle of wine. 10 minutes later received the news THAT wine was no longer available! Ordered a third bottle – success! Shouldn’t the staff know this crucial information as they are taking peoples orders??? The beer ordered came in a weird glass for a Stella. Looked like someone had taken a sip out of it. Again, weird. Had to ask for cutlery. Had to ask for a dessert menu. One of the desserts we ordered was not available. Again, one job. sheesh! So with the seemingly inexperienced servers, the lack of available product, we had a very poor experience.

   We were seated at 530. At 545 we were asked to move to accommodate a large party. Offered a starter or desert at not charge. At 610, at the new table, no one has come to see us or take our order. At 615, I went to ask them very quickly received service from the manager. We explained that we had theatre tickets and based on our experience we opted not to do appetizers as we now had 45 minutes to eat and to walk to the theatre and possibly explore sales merchandise. The mains arrived quickly, we asked for one glass of wine when the food was delivered. Finished dinner and hadn’t received the wine We finally saw our server around 7pm and received the wine that had Ben sitting at the bar I usually tip and I struggled as their salary is dependent on tips. I left a small tip but I am sure it was received and interpreted that I was cheap. It wasn’t thought of again. I will really think again before booking.

   When we booked our reservation I was very excited that they offered some Gluten free, Vegan options, GF VG one of which was a roasted mushroom soup. When I ordered it the waiter came back to our table to say it was not in fact vegan it contained dairy! How can a gluten free vegan soup contain dairy? I questioned what he was saying and asked him to check again…and just got a reply that’s what the kitchen said! So where did the mistake happen? In the printing of the menu, in the preparation in the kitchen, in the communication to our waiter??? In the very least the manager should have come to our table to explain. Very disappointing! Not sure I would trust the kitchen again to go back there!

   Huge place, staff great. Only drawback, and it’s not a major issue, is that the only entrance is from the street and not from inside the mall.

   The place has super loud music, we dine in 2 times and we got the same poor service. We have reservation but we end up waiting for 25 mins standing. Food is great but our order came all wrong.

   We had a reservation, but waited for 30 minutes after being seated before we finally got up to find someone for service. Not even the offer of water. They totally forgot about us. We then had a server come over and explained we had a show to get to within 1.5 hours - she said no problem. Rarely did someone come to check on us, and again, waited for 30 minutes after finishing our food then had to get up to find a server for our bill. One person had a gift card and the servers had to get a manager and take her into the kitchen area to pay. One person was over charged - the wrong meal was charged ($20 difference). Food was good, service was terrible. It was not very busy, there were several empty tables.

    We went for date night. Reservations for 5:30 didn’t get seated until 5:45. Waiter was friendly. We never got our deserts (which we paid for)as we had to leave at 7:10 as we were going to a show. A little disappointed
