   Had the surf and turf which was really nice but the steak was a bit chewy. Other than that overall great experience.

   I realize Valentine’s Day is a busy night. When we arrived we were told that because of all of the reservations, there was a 90 minute eating max. That would be fine however it was 35 minutes before our drinks arrived. Luckily we were ready to order food. The appetizer arrived 20 minutes later and was okay. 15 minutes later our mains arrived leaving us 20 minutes to eat. The meals were not hot. Meanwhile 2 tables in our area were not cleared the whole time we were there. There was also a couple that stayed well beyond the 90 minutes having drinks. We do enjoy milestones and will be back however the restaurant was obviously not able to handle a busy night like Valentine’s Day.

   I made our reservations well in advance because of Valentines. We arrived on time for our reservation and were finally taken to a table with barely elbow room on both sides. I pointed out to the front desk young lady that this was not acceptable and pointed to a two person booth. She indicated it was a very busy night, made no attempt to respond and informed us we had an hour and half for our table. This was a disgusting beginning and in retrospect we should have left, There was no customer service or focus from the front desk. I noticed three other two person booths vacant, which remained that way for some time but no attempt to rectify the situation. If i wanted to eat in a cafeteria or food court I would have gone elsewhere, this is not what I expect from Milestones. The only redeeming factor was our server Kyle, whom we have had before. But even he seemed unresponsive with the issues that arose. The appetizers were excellent, as were the desserts, but the entrée was a disappointment. I asked for my steak medium and it came pretty close to rare. I struggled with it but then gave up, as the evening seems to have been shot right from the start. The restaurant was unusually crowded (due to Valentines i suspect) and would have been much more enjoyable with a booth for two rather than people on either side too close for comfort.

   We each had the valentines Day specials. The steak was cooked perfect, tender and delicious. The seafood risotto was divine full claw of lobster in it. Carrot cake is perfect splitting size and very moist and delicious.

   The food was good. We all enjoyed our meal. From the time we ordered to the time we received our meal was about 20 to 35 minutes which seemed long at the time of day that we were there (11:30 am). Our server was aloof.

   Great service, great food! Celebrated 2 birthdays and we each got to pick a dessert free from the menu topped with a sparkler. Requested a booth when making reservation and was accommodated. Lots of parking

   Been to this Milestones several times. My wife ALWAYS has the steak sandwich because it is succulent to say the least. This time it was a little disappointing, not up to the usual standard. Still good but not great by any means. I usually try something different each time. My selection was okay but not memorable. This could have been simply an off-night for the restaurant and crew and we will certainly return; hopefully the next time it will not be a similar disappointment. This Milestones location has always been excellent, but relatively poor value overall this time.

   Terrible. Left hungry because the food made us sick. Didn’t finish eating any of the food… and for the price…. It was an absolute joke. Will never be back again.
