Took over an hour to get our main dishes. Not once did our waiter ask if we wanted additional drinks (our one and only beverages sat empty for 30 minutes before we got our actual meal). I get that it was New Year’s Eve. However, you should be able to handle your capacity. No additional tables were added for this service. Once we got our food, it was delicious - but would have been nice not to have to rush through eating to make our movie that we have originally dedicated ample time to get to. At one point we asked our waiter on an eta, only to get a manager come to our table grilling me about when I booked my reservation (not sure why that was relevant - and she seemed unnecessarily on defence mode and rude in coming up with excuses as to why we had to wait longer). Lastly, the restaurant is dated. Paint chipping off walls, etc. - not up to the standards I’ve come to know Milestones for in years past.

Extremely Slow service for meal, cold steak, attitude for meal return. Passive aggressive assistant manager attitude when noting issues. General manager was quick to address issues at end of stay
