   We’ve been to this Milestones many times and this was by far the worst experience we’ve had. We took my MIL for her birthday for brunch, I asked the server a head of time for a slice of white chocolate cheesecake after our meal to celebrate her birthday. First our sever forgot her drink, then her food arrived on the cooler side but by the time the server came back to check on our meals it had been at least 5 mins and she didn’t want to wait and ate her meal anyway. Once we were finished our server cleared two of our plates and never came back for the other two. A manger walked by at one point and he didn’t check in or clear the other two plates. We sat there with a dirty table for over 20 mins. To get the bill my partner walked around the restaurant and was unable to find any staff. 5 mins later he walked around the restaurant again and was able to flag down our server and ask for the bill. The server then gave me the hold on a sec while I get your cake. I told him to forget about it. We waited over 25 mins with dirty plates on our table, at this point we weren’t waiting for dessert which was unfortunate as my MIL would have loved it. Needless to say we won’t be coming back to this location. If the restaurant was busy I would understand the wait but there we were table in the restaurant

   Told had to be out in 1.25hours food didn’t come for 1.5 to come came cold and over cooked! Manager was horrible said I’ll make you new one took 30 minutes to get a medium rare which is a 7 minute cook!!! Manager didn’t even come back to see if it was ok. When I confronted him his response was I was too busy with other customers to come back even tho the walked by our table 5 times. His name was Kush and he should be terminated even a few servers commenting on his poor attitude. I was offered free fries for the mistake while my wife ate alone on Vd day. Both meals were terrible

   We had reservations at 6 pm. Shortly after we were seated, we ordered our wine and got it promptly. We ordered our dinners and then waited and waited. It took about 50 minutes for our meals to arrive. By any standards, that is unacceptable. I know Valentine's Day is busy, but you should have been prepared. We have gone out for dinners on other "special holidays" and never had that wait. At least other establishments offer some type of bread for guests to consume while waiting for their meals. We felt bad for our server, who had to wait for the kitchen to prepare our meals. In the end, she did not charge us for our desserts. Still, it will be a long time before we go back to Milestones, that is, if we do go back. Clearly, you are not capable of handling large crowds.

    It was enjoyable night for dinner. All foods were delicious except foods quantity was suggested to be more. Waitress was polite and helpful.
