   Bartender service was great. Our waitress and the food was horrible. Although she was kind and friendly, we had to get up multiple times to remind her we were at our table and request to order food. She forgot about us many times which made the dinning experience very difficult and stressful. I will not be going back.

   Had a 7 o’clock reservation did not get seated until after eight understandably with was Valentine’s Day. The place was quite busy however it was a bad smell throughout the location. Servers were excellent and apologetic. The ribs that I ordered I had to send back.

   Waited 30 min for a reserved table. Reminder there was 1.5 hour limit, I reminded them the limit only applied to the chef's capabilities. The seat had grease on it when I went to sit down, so she had to clean it before I could sit. Valentine deal for 55.00.... wagu meatballs were dry with spaghetti sauce on them and olive oil lathered toast, not great. The seafood risotto portion was the size of an appetizer. Tasted ok, but nothing to rave about. The white chocolate cheese, tasted ok, but it wasn't fresh and clearly pre-portioned out of a box in the freezer. People that seated after us, left before us. The doors were open all night to outside and the breeze from outside made me cold since we were straight down the aisle of the door. I asked the server to do something, but he did nothing and both doors seemed to be open to outside most of the night. The heater couldn't keep up and the room got cold by the time we left. The 55.00 for the deal? Our server charged us the full cost of each item individually, so we didnt get the deal. I guess it co fused them bc we swicthed seats due to the draft, but I didn't realize the overcharge until later at home bc he shoved the payment machine in our face and not the bill. Only after, on our way out the door, he asked us if we wanted the bill... why do people keep asking me that? It's my proof of purchase, without it, I can't prove anything. So yes, I want my receipt. The ribs and shrimp, that was decent, tasty. But the dill pickle salad, comes out of a package and added some peppers, you can tell by the taste.

   Nikai was a great host. We went on Feb 8, 2025 to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had a great time. He is very knowledgeable about the menu and provided us with great suggestions. We needed to personalize one of our drinks for my pregnant wife and Nikai made the drink to perfection. He definitely made our experience memorable and we would love to go back again!

   The service was great. Although when we first arrived I asked the hostess to sit us somewhere warm as I had been out in the cold all day. Needless to say, she put us in the corner at the window were the cold may as well have been vented in through the leaking caulking. It was terrible. We had to put our winter coats back on until we asked our great server to move us, which he did. Just would’ve been nice to be heard when I first arrived

   I received a follow request on Instagram from Milestones Scarborough, and what a great marketing move for a foodie like myself. I immediately booked a reservation, and came last Saturday at 1400 for lunch with my mother. The restaurant itself is gorgeous, great ambience. Our waiter, John, was extremely pleasant and attentive. We did have to wait longer than we would have liked for drinks, however when we asked, the manager informed us several parties had come in and were ordering a lot. I am a very patient person, so no big deal. Our waiter and the manager were apologetic, and did their best to manager the sudden surplus of guests. Although our waiter needed to be reminded of some things, it was totally understandable given the craziness, and he didn't get overwhelmed. I wish that large parties like that would book ahead, so restaurants can staff better for it. Having one waiter for all tables, and one bartender, is not fair to them. All this being said, the food and drinks were outrageously good. I had the Mediterranean chicken, the Tokyo boulevardier, and the earl gray martini; all amazing! My mother and I shared the lobster and prawn dip, and the coconut calamari for apps; also amazing. I will absolutely be coming back to this location, and trying all the other cocktails!! Thanks for a great lunch!

    We had a amazing experience at Milestones. Highly recommended and they have a halal menu which is great. All the staff were welcoming and wonderful.
