For my last 3 visits I have requested a Latte and their machine is always broken. When I asked the Manager if I could get a strong cup of coffee brewed so I can use creamer and whip cream to make my own latte he said “ We can’t do that and that I t’s out of my control. There’s nothing I can do. Not I’m sorry. Let me see what we can do. Just nothing. He just walked away such bad customer service and it seems they don’t care anymore. I’m sure this has happened to other people.

Service was extremely slow the server forgot many items multiple times. The food was overpriced had no flavor or taste.

Good food , nice ambiance but we missed the basket of Madeline’s or carrot cakes they used to serve prior to Covid

We had a nice dinner here. Haven't been to Mimi's in a few years, but the restaurant still has very good food and the service is friendly. We will be back sooner than later.

Kinda like a Coco's or Marie Calendar's or upscale Denny's. Generic decent food, pretty good staff. Nothing bad, nothing great.

I called ahead to ask what the veggie patty was made of. I specifically asked if it was a Beyond or Impossible patty and was told it was Beyond. Based on this, I drove there for lunch. When I placed my order with the server, she told me it was not a beyond burger, it was a veggie patty with mushrooms which I cannot eat. I ordered the avocado toast instead and it was the most skimpy thing I've eaten for $17.00. Very disappointing

Mimi's did an outstanding job on Thanksgiving! We were seated soon after arrival (we had a reservation for 10), the wait staff was friendly, helpful and responsive to our needs and the food was delicious!! They offered a 3-course turkey dinner (their turkey dinner is offered and excellent all year) with choices of white, dark or both meat. Our party was very impressed. One said Mimi's exceeded her expectations.
