   Amazing experience. It was my second time back and it did not disappoint. Food and service was top notch. Chef came by and introduced himself at the end which was a nice touch!

   Dining at Chef Daniel's restaurant was an unforgettable experience. The food was incredibly delicious, showcasing the true heritage flavors of Filipino cuisine. Each dish was elevated with unique taste amplifiers that made every bite a delight. The quality attention and service from the entire staff were exceptional, embodying the Filipino value of "Alaga" through their food, service, and overall experience. We cannot wait to return!

   An excellent and well curated meal. Welcoming environment, knowledgeable staff. Great drink-food pairings. Would definitely recommend upgrading your dining experience by getting the recommended drinks per course.

   If you're looking to indulge in high-quality Filipino cuisine, Mineral is a must-try. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance struck a perfect balance between warm and inviting, making it feel like a cozy, homey retreat. The service was exceptional—attentive without being overbearing, ensuring we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. As for the food, it was nothing short of impressive. We kicked things off with oysters with caviar, a refreshing, delicate combination that was both luxurious and satisfying. The Ibérico pork collar served with a lettuce wrap was perfectly cooked, offering a sweet and savoury taste that paired wonderfully with the crisp lettuce. The standout dish of the night was the beef short rib Kare-Kare, which was so tender it practically melted off the bone. The flavours were rich and comforting, capturing the essence of traditional Filipino cooking while adding a modern twist. For dessert, while the menu was small, it featured classic Filipino sweets that provided a delightful end to the meal. Overall, Mineral offers a stellar dining experience with fantastic food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. It’s definitely worth a visit, and I’d rate it a solid 4.5/5.

   The service was phenomenal. Whole crew was friendly, price for the Tuesday menu was very affordable considering the experience. Their cocktails were also very tasty but on a pricier end which adds up significantly to the bill. Now the food, we enjoyed every course. We loved the main, salmon sinigang and the rest of them. But it was only the sinigang that made me feel nostalgic. I understood this is the place giving the Pinoy food a new twist but it definitely felt like I wasn't eating Filipino food. There was a hint but a lot was lost in the process, except the sharing part! Nevertheless, i would come back and try the other things, keeping in my mind that i had to go there not for the nostalgia and 'at home' feel but for a new adventure and experience. The kilawin with the crackers was too flavorful for me to handle, i had to eat them separately but still enjoyed it! But again, service was 5/5. Their golden rice too!
