Enjoy a romantic getaway in the heart of Downtown Dallas as you explore the wonderful flavors Miriam brought from Mexico and the Dominican Republic. During your 4-course meal, choose between our three Special Event Entrees; Ribeye Steak with 4 jumbo shrimp ($75), Crispy chicken with wine sauce, green beans and coconut rice ($55), or Vegetarian Azteca style Eggplant with 'Impossible meat' and Manchego-Oaxaca Cheese ($45). For Dessert, we have a chocolate cake with a hint of chipotle pepper sauce & vanilla ice cream. In addition, guests are free to order off our regular menu.

    The pozole was not good. The sauce was too thick. Like eating chicken in a salsa instead of a broth. Our party of 5 included 20%tip. But not informed. This is not authentic mexican flavors. The flavors are geared towards American taste buds.

    Appetizer sampler and carne asada were great. Red and orange Salsas were not good—the red one tested like slushy water. Salad was served with half the arugula being yellow/old. Had to pick through it and pull out the leaves. Told the server about it but no offer to replace nor remove from bill. Wanted to really like this place as traveled out of state to come for good Latino food. Was hit or miss.

    Good experience. The vibe was really good. Everyone engaged in their conversations and smiles all around. Lighting is nice and waitresses are very attentive. I have nothing negative to say about this restaurant. I will be returning soon.

    "We’ve had great experiences here before, but this time, the service was noticeably slower—likely due to the pre-Valentine’s rush. While we understand that busy times can cause delays, we’ve had quicker service across the board in the past, from the bar to food delivery and table assistance. Perhaps some additional staffing or better coordination could help during peak times. That said, the staff was still friendly, and we appreciate their hard work!"
