    My waitress was sweet. The food was still good even though I came late to my reservation and they still accommodated me. I will make sure I’m on time next time I’m come to get the FULL dinning experience.

    Our waitress was incredibly nice and attentive and the food was fantastic. Thank you Miss Saigon for a wonderful Valentine’s Day, we will most certainly be coming back!

    It was a good meal and lovely environment. The food came out super slow and we were hungry after the Eagles parade. Everything tasted fine, just waiting over 30 minutes following appetizers/drinks was a little too long. Also, only two people got their main meals, the other two (both kids) had to wait for their pho.

    We were in Philly for a show and needed an early dinner. I found Miss Saigon had excellent reviews and it lived up to the hype. Erik, our server and bartender, was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive-everything that you hope for in a service professional. The food and cocktails were excellent. We had a few starters (all excellent), the crab fried rice (3.5 out of five-needed some more seasoning or a sauce but it had huge chunks of delicious crab) and a few cocktails. We will definitely be back.

    We had issues with Our first server. Seconds after putting in our order we told her we wanted to make a change. She said we couldn’t make any changes and that we would have to speak to the manager. We asked to speak to the manager. She never sent the manager but did send the food we didn’t want. We finally got another server to send the manager and he changed the order to what we wanted. I’ve never been to a restaurant where you were told you couldn’t change the order.

    Really great spot. Ambience, food, everything was amazing. I popped in during lunch and tried a few items. It was great. Had a quick moment to chat with the owner. Humble, passionate. He wanted to share with everyone the feeling he gets when he eats this food. I understood his story. Prices were solid and food was super tasty.

    Participated at the end of restaurant week so got a great deal. Service was great, food was amazing, the ambiance and music selection were amazing. We didn’t like some of the ice cream options. But overall my fiancee and I had a great time and will be definitely be coming back!
