Establishment was closed for renovations however they did not update their open table. I arrived with my party and the doors were locked and I was told they were closed for 3 weeks. We had to scramble to find other accommodations last minute. Very unprofessional

When my party and I arrived, from out of town, we found Harlem Mist to be CLOSED! There were advertisement posters on the window promoting brunch on the weekend, which we were there for. I had spoken to them about a week prior to the event and was told they would be open. I received an e-mail one day prior to the event asking to confirm my attendance. In which I did and if my plans change to notify them. One the day of the event, there was no type of communication regarding them being closed down! I called two different numbers that I found on the day of the reservation, but neither line was accepting calls. I’m highly annoyed, having traveled from out of town and very far to find them closed.

I had a reservation for 1:30 and no one was there the place was closed !!!!! This was was just terrible never again

I made a reservation to visit for the first time on a Friday night. I needed to change my reservation time so I called (you can’t change it online) and nobody picked up. When my party arrives it’s a lounge/club with a buffet set up with literally only meat. The regular menu looked enticing but I will not be returning.

We went to Mist with our teenagers for lunch, and it was nothing like we were expecting. It looked closed, the greeter told us that we could enter but it was not kid friendly, explicit language, and a bar? Confusing.

I wish they add fried fish to the meal. As another seafood option.

Very live and out going friendly dance hall drinks expensive but food was Kool clean ladies room ☺️

Worst dining experience ever!! We were there for dinner and a show. There were no tables available for our dinner reservation at 8:30 but the show didn’t start til 10:00. The Restaurant section wasn’t open and we had to choose between finding seats for the show OR eating. We ended up dragging our own chairs into the area for the show. My friend went to the front to order food. They were short staffed so food took 45 minutes to come. Since there were no tables we ate our food with our plates in our laps!! Honestly my beyond burger was pretty good but some of my sweet potato fries were not cooked. The wait staff did the best they good and our dishes were taken away right away. I was so looking forward to dinner there because the menu looked so appetizing. Oh btw the menu was not the same as online so I had to settle for something else. Final thought I was Soooo disappointed. Needless to say I will never return to MIST
