    Price: $95 /person Experience Latin American culture and flavors through Vegetables with our 6 Course tasting menu. Note: We are able to adjust for various allergies, preferences, and dietary restrictions. Nevertheless, it's essential that all dietary restrictions are communicated at least 48 hours prior to your reservation. We ask that any cancellation to your reservation be made no less than 48 hours prior. For no shows or late cancellations, you will be subject to a $40 Fee per person. This is a two-hour dining experience. We kindly request that you and your guests arrive on time to fully enjoy the entire two hours and to respect the reservations of other patrons.

    This place is phenomenal! I'd been wanting to try this restaurant for a while, and finally going the week they received their Michelin star made the whole experience even more special. The food was absolutely amazing, and having opted for the wine pairing as well, made each course that much more divine. We started in the smaller side room which was great for conversation, but - due to timing issues that were our fault - we moved to the main room for the dessert course and got to enjoy seeing the kitchen in action. The entire staff was warm, welcoming and just the right amount of attentive; it was clear they wanted to ensure the dining experience would be looked back on fondly. I can't recommend this place enough.

    We ate at Mita for their unbelievable Tasting menu for my birthday. It was an absolute production from the moment we walked in until we were escorted out the door. We have eaten in 5 star Michelin restaurants in major cities all over the world, and Mita fits in every well with them. Each time we thought it couldn’t get any better, another amazingly creative, delicious dish showed up to wow our senses. The food was beautifully plated and the servers are experts at the placement and description of them. The entire experience was one for the record books. My birthday was perfect.

    We loved our experience! We went for a birthday and they brought this adorable music box that played happy birthday and raspberry sorbet. It made us feel very special, such a thoughtful touch. The food was spectacular; we loved the soup course, but all of them were incredibly delicious. Each bite was an experience. We would recommend MITA to anyone looking to do something special and unique in DC

    A wonderful gourmet vegan restaurant. We notified the restaurant we were celebrating a family member's birthday. They created a birthday card and included a birthday dessert at the end of our six course meal. An artistic feast. We each had the six course pre-fix dinner. Two family members included the wine pairing as well. The spread sampler was absolutely delightful. Each course built upon the first. The fava bean soup with dashi and plantains was one of my favorite courses. The artistry and presentation of each dish was a show in itself. Watermelon balls in cilantro, and pearled barley with mitake and peas were also notable. It was pricey but the experience was amazing.
