    I had made a reservation for 7:15. However, we arrived at 6:45 and were promptly seated. Our server Szofia was kind, thoughtful, energetic, knowledgeable, and thoroughly professional. Our meals were delicious and perfectly proportioned.

    Our waitress and all the workers were great. Food was average…nothing exceptional. It was fairly empty when we were there at 7:30 in the bare area. Small portions for high price.

    They do not accurately describe the items on the menu. When it says a garlic and white wine sauce you can be sure it will also include cream. Not very good for lactose intolerant people.

    Service was very very slow. We also had a water glass that had a few chips around the rim. Not their best effort.

    Food was cold, service was terrible. Manager barely did anything to try to help and did more to avoid us them to help.

    We have ate here many times in the past in Christmas Eve tonight was not the best. 1.5 hours before we ate, seafood was way over cooked and they ran out of shark fin pie - probably trying somewhere else next year.

    We always enjoy our meals at Mitchell's but both my husband and I thought our meals last night were the best ever! I highly recommend the Ora King Salmon (shanghai with sauce on the side). Our server said it was fresh but in looking it up, seems it is sustainably farmed off the coast of New Zealand. It was melt in your mouth delicious!
