   Valentine's Day, so it was very busy. We were not seated until 20 minutes after our reservation time. Service from the kitchen was slow. Initial male server at the table was useless, but the head female server was excellent and on the ball to track our food order.

   I hate to say it but our experience was very disappointing. I took my wife out for Valentines Day and her Mother in law was with us. The best part of the night is that we were seated right away so we were off to a good start but downhill from there. After placing our order it took 15 minutes to get HALF of our appetizers, which were just okay. After 10 more minutes I asked about the rest of our appetizers, which were 2 simple sushi rolls. They said they were sorry and 5 minutes later said they forgot to make this for us and brought it over, and at least said it was on the house. Then dinner took another 25 minutes as we watched people who arrived after us to have completed their dinner and paying their bill. My wife and mother in law ordered chicken teriyaki dinners and the chicken was a small price that looked like it was cooked from frozen and both were not fully cooked. Ugh. Mine was General Tso's and if was COLD, like not a semblance of heat. All of us wee frustrated and didnt eat dinner. To their credit they apologized again and didnt charge us for those either, but ultimately a very disappointing night for our first time there and will never go back or recommend Mito.

   Always a great experience here. Love that it's not too noisy and the food is always exceptional.

   The food and ambiance were absolutely delightful, creating an inviting and enjoyable atmosphere. Each dish was expertly crafted and bursting with flavor, making for a truly memorable dining experience. The only downside I encountered was the unexpected added gratuity on the bill, which caught me off guard and slightly dampened my overall experience.

   This restaurant was everything that we had hoped for. It was quiet so that we could have a great conversation and the food was terrific. Our waiter was extremely pleasant and knew the menu offerings, so he was able to assist with our choices. We order the Dim Sum tastings and they were all great. We also had a crab and spinach dip that we truly enjoyed. Our main dishes were presently very nicely and were as tasty as they looked. We will absolutely go back again.

   I always expect more from this restaurant and am always disappointed. This time they did not have our reservation even though it was made on Open Table and confirmed. No problem since there were plenty of available tables. They kept trying to seat us in a booth even though I am obviously handicapped, use a cane, and requested a regular square table. The service was very slow. The light on our table did not work making it hard to read the menu. We requested another which never came so those of us who had one took out a phone to read the menu. We had to ask for water. My husband ordered a bottle of sake but did not get a glass. We asked waiter for it, and it EVENTUALLY came. The menu is not as extensive as most sushi restaurants. The miso soup and fried ice cream dessert were good. The main sushi, sashimi, rolls meal was fair. The cost for 4 people (one a child) was $350.00 before the tip

   would not recommend this restaurant at all food was just sub par and definitely over priced there was something black in the ice cube that appeared to be a bug and they just took drink off the bill then proceeded to charge 10.00 for chinese tea the tea had no taste the dumplings were good and great presentation will never go back .. there is a reason that the place was empty .. didn’t like P.f. chang’s but this doesn’t do much better ..

   My wife an I went here on a Friday night we arrived 3p minutes earlier than our reservation to a mostly empty restaurant. We were asked to wait while the table was prepared(3/4 of the tables were empty). After 10 minutes we were directed to our table where we waited another 15 minutes without being greeted by anyone on staff. We eventually got up and left. The menu looks delicious but the service is so poor and an empty restaurant on a Friday night makes me nervous. we won't be going back

    I scheduled a reservation for 8pm and ended up coming in a little early. I was seated without any wait despite my arrival being early. The food was excellent. Everything tasted fresh, as well as delicious. My only complaint that I do have is that the margaritas that my table ordered were a little too strong for our liking. Aside from that, I definitely will be returning to Mito in the future.
