   As someone with Celiac disease, this was possibly the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant. Once seated, a man came to serve us water while we waited for the waitress to take our order. He asked if we had questions and I asked if any items on the menu were gluten free or could be prepared gluten free as there were no indicators on the menu. His response began with a laugh then he said “you came to a Chinese restaurant so everything on the menu is basically made with soy sauce so probably not anything. What did you expect?”” he paused then said he isn’t the chef so he’d have to ask him. He proceeded to give his guess at what would be GF then ended with saying “the waitress would actually know the answer to this, I only know the front end stuff”. Once the waitress came to the table, I asked her the same and she pointed out some things on the menu but shared that over all she wasn’t really sure what was or could be GF and said she could place the order and the kitchen wouldn’t make it if it had gluten “probably”. Hesitently we ordered two small plates. The food arrived, our drinks came once our food was done. I didn’t feel comfortable eating after the uncertainty the staff had around the food preparation. My fiancé ate the two small plates and we closed the tab and went to La Distileria next door where they always take great precautions with allergies. While I understand it isn’t a restaurant’s responsibility to offer an array of gluten free options, let alone offer gluten free at all, I have never experienced the lack of regard, uncertainty and rude remarks the way we experience here. I did call the day before visiting and confirmed they served GF options which made our experience even more bizarre.

   Servers and all other staff very helpful and happy to help. Even though it was a packed restaurant. Really happy we celebrated our anniversary there. We'll come back.

   Food and ambience was really good , however the drinks were too sweet and took a very long time to be served. Cute and fun place in Broomfield for sure

   Great atmosphere and amazing tapas. Desert menu wasn’t finished when we came and service is still not 100% there but nothing egregious and they’re doing their best

   We ordered 3 soups but got two. Getting it fixed was a long wait while . We wanted an extra bowl of rice. Took forever. They took our silverware after the app and food was delivered. Asked for silverware and it was slow. Food was great but it was getting cold waiting for service. Restaurant was maybe 1/3 full when we got there.
