Con la hostess pésimo servicio, nos preguntó que cuanto íbamos a tardar comiendo por qué tenía otra mesa dentro de 3hrs y solamente éramos 3px, ni siquiera se había percatado de la reservación mediante Open table, el mesero no nos dio opciones de los 2 menús que tenía el restaurante, lo único bueno fue la Gerente / Capitán Cristel que muy amablemente nos atendió y brindo servicio del cual ningún mesero nos brindó.. ningún mesero se acercó a la mesa y no nos brindaron asistencia futura, por más que andaban montando mesas y solo tenían 2 mesas en la parte de atrás del restaurante... Muchas gracias Cristel por salvar nuestra cena.

Great restaurant in the hotel zone. We have been here at least four times in 2016. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, and great bar. My wife had the Paella, and I tacos 2 shrimp and 2 fish. Sits right on the water. Great for lunch or dinner.

Excelente servicio! El mesero super atento, pendiente de los tiempos y gustos. La comida deliciosa pero realmente deliciosa!! Super recomendable.

I ate at Mocambo twice during my recent stay in Cancun. The location is right on the water and is awesome. The Raw food was excellent but I was not excited by any of the cooked dishes; they weren't bad; just not spectacular. The service is average as well. The price is fair.

A wonderful seafood restaurant primarily patronized by locals and they have it right. Now, one of our favorite seafood stops in Cancun.
