Our food is our passion at Moe’s Bistro & Bar. We always strive to provide our customers with exceptional cuisine and excellent service all in a cozy atmosphere. It was a Family Thanksgiving Day meal. We have been to this location before because the experience has been acceptable. This particular time it was less than adequate. The food was good and the ambiance always nice and cozy. The service however was horrible. They were shorthanded and it made for a bad experience. The waitress was MIA most of the time. I just thought, even though unfortunate circumstances occurred, it could have been handled a lot better. No one noticed because we still left a 20% tip. I mean it was Thanksgiving and I felt bad, and I’m not that guy. In reality, the experience was mishandled and inattentive on the restaurant’s part…what a shame.

If we didn't have reservations I don't know if we'd have gotten fed. Bar somewhat busy, dining room was empty. It was a Monday. When someone greeted us he asked if we were there for drinks, because they were closing the kitchen. I mentioned the reservation, he spoke with the kitchen and came back and seated us. They were supposed to be open for another half hour as posted, so we weren't last minute. Anyway, I guess they sent the servers home, so the bartender waited on us. The service was okay. We waited for a while for the salad we ordered, which was pretty good. That would have been fine, but entrees followed rather quickly. My wife's lamb dish was tasty. They had a tuna dish as an appetizer which sounded better to me than the entree prep. I thought I asked for an entree size of the appetizer. He heard I'll have the appetizer as my entree. Anyway, the miscommunication worked out, because the appetizer size was fine. We were never asked about dessert, just handed the bill. A little pricey, but I might try it again on a busier night.

Ate on the patio/deck. Lovely! Great menu with so many good choices. Appetizers were particularly delicious. Appreciated the variety of dessert choices too.

Food and drinks wee phenomenal. Owner/ Chef visited our table at the end of dinner, very nice guy. Amazing piano bar atmosphere. Great ambience and very tastefully decorated inside. Moe's sufferers from being off the road and being attached to the hotel making it hard to see. If it was a stand-alone building, the line would be out the block. This also makes it one of the best kept secrets in town. Worth coming to again and again.

I visited Moe's Bistro for the first time for lunch with a group of 9. The service was outstanding. The waitress was very attentive. The restaurant was very clean and the ambience was beautiful. I would definitely have lunch or dinner there again.
