   One of most favorite restaurants in the valley. The flavors are always rewarding. We had a large party and the service was excellent.

   Delicious food on every level. My husband has tried every entre and raved about each dish. Last night he had the lamb which melted in your mouth. I love the guacamole with crab and corn esquites. It’s like a party in my mouth.

   Nice little spot with good menu selections. The chips and guacamole are first rate and a favorite. Meal sizes are smaller but that is AOK. Service was prompt, professional and exceptionally nice and friendly from the hostess, to the bus boy to the server. The interior is lovely with great beaded chandeliers, a handsome bar and comfortable seating. We will be coming back.

   The food at Mole is always fantastic. This time we had the fish and steak tacos along with the incredible chips (the best fresh made chips anywhere). Seems the salsa changed from a year ago which we preferred. Besides of slaw beans and rice are all fresh, very different and authentic and tasty too. Service always very on point and great too.

   The food and service was exceptional last night. What a great evening to celebrate the New Year. Jesus is a very special waiter and Brandon the bartender always makes us feel welcome. Scarlet the hostess was very friendly too. We enjoyed everything tremendously. We tried the seafood ceviche and the shrimp enchiladas…so refined. Thank you.

   My husband and I made a reservation for early dinner on New Year’s eve. The hostess was excellent and we were seated promptly. Apparently there was a mix up with the servers and we sat there for quite a while without being acknowledged. Again, the hostess was very attentive and worked quickly to round up a server for us. He came to our table immediately asking for our order. We weren’t offered cocktails or appetizers until we asked, then he appeared that we were inconveniencing him. After we got the appetizer and drinks, he seemed to be a bit more friendly. The food was excellent and we will definitely try again on a “normal” night. The atmosphere felt a bit “strip mall” for the high quality of the food. Tablecloths and real candles on the tables would be a welcome addition.

   Not bad, but to my disappointment the menu has change and the food was just not as flavorful as previous visit. Good service.
