Specializing in fresh made pasta, quality ingredients including; fresh fish, TRUFFLES , Organic meats, Italian specialties and both American and JAPANESE WAGYU. A feature of the restaurant is the tasting menu with wine pairing and molecular gastronomy. WINE SPECTATOR WINNER with over 200 wines on the menu and over 25 by the glass. Wine tastings events. Design your own bourbon flight from our extensive collection. Want classic cocktails made the old fashion way? We have that covered too. Outdoor patio and bar, weather permitting. CHEF NICOLA MERSINI brings experience from Italy, Spain, Germany and New York City for an excellent culinary experience in the Poconos. No kids menu but we have a plenty of pleasing pasta dishes.

Great place to catch a well prepared meal. Chef/owner is authentic from northern Italy so you know the food is real Italian. Great wine list at reasonable prices too. You should definitely try this place!

Our server gabby was very nice and would give her hospitality a 10/10 however everything was super slow. She had too many tables for being just one server. Food was a big let down. Stuff came out cold and just not worth it for the wait. So many better restaurants in the area

We are sorry you had a bad experience. We were very busy due to the holiday weekend and were down two people for the evening. Our staff all pulled together to help cover the two short. Management usually is going around and checks with guests right after food arrives to double check that all is good but that evening they were pulled in multiple directions. We hope that you will give us another chance.

We went twice on Valentine’s long weekend, food was delicious and service amazing. the first time we had a glitch but The overall experience was so good that we wanted to give them another chance. Second time, food and service was out of this world again. Attention to detail, delicious ingredients, incredible dishes, amazing service. This is a Michelin star worthy hidden in a small town in the middle of almost nowhere, a must go. Great job Nicola and team!

We dined at Momento on Saturday, February 15th, and experienced yet another exceptional visit. They had a special St. Valentine’s menu in place, which showcased their culinary creativity. The food was outstanding, as always—we thoroughly enjoyed every dish, from the inventive appetizers and unique pasta selections to the flavorful entrées and delightful dessert. Once again, we were highly impressed by their chef’s expertise. The service was impeccable. Our server, Jessica, was fantastic, providing attentive and professional service. The hostess went above and beyond, ensuring every small detail was taken care of and making us feel truly welcomed. The entire experience was seamless, reinforcing why Momento remains one of our favorite dining spots.

Excellent food, service and ambience! It was the third time we ate at Momento and always a wonderful experience. The food is exceptional, the servers are wonderful and can’t forget the wonderful hostess who greets you when you enter! Last by not least, compliments to the Chef!! Momento is our favorite restaurant in the area.

As my husband & I consider ourselves "occasional" regulars, I'm ecstatic to be able to say that as always, it was an absolute pleasure to dine at Momento & to be remembered. The staff, the ambiance, the food, the value... all IMPECCABLE. The Valentines Day Prix Fixe Menu was amazing & it all made my first Valentines Day as a married woman oh, so romantic & elegant. A treasure right in my very own backyard. Can't wait to return🩷
