    Beste Ramen in Hamburg. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass es manchmal ausgebucht ist, weil es so lecker ist😂

    Wir saßen unten am Eingang und es war ein bisschen wie auf dem Bahnhof, viele Menschen und kühl. Essen war super lecker.

    Das Essen bei Momo ist eigentlich immer lecker, aber bei meinem letzten Besuch war die Bedienung wirklich nicht nett. Meine Eltern sind eher einfache Menschen und waren noch nie wirklich Ramen essen. Als ich nachfragte, ob sie meinem Vater Besteck bringen könnte, weil er nicht mit Stäbchen essen kann, brachte sie eine Gabel. Daraufhin fragte mein Vater, ob er noch ein Messer haben könnte. Sie hätte einfach nett sagen können, dass sie keins haben. Aber nein, sie schaute ihn herab und sagte in einem super arroganten Ton “Ne, also, wieso sollen wir hier Messer haben? Nudeln schneidet man ja nicht” und ist dann weggelaufen Wie gesagt, sie hätte es auch nett sagen können, anstatt meine Eltern absichtlich schlecht fühlen zu lassen.

    We waited 30 mins to be served. Even with a reservation. I had to ask the server if we could oder something. None of the three servers seemed to want to be there. No enthusiasm, no hospitality. My husband‘s glass had a dead fly in it. We had to ask for a new one. When the appetizers came we didn’t have any chopsticks so we had to ask for some. The table behind us somehow were served first even though we came before them. The meal itself was okay. It was better before than it was today. At the end when we asked for the bill the hostess was jokingly saying „no we can’t pay“, it didn’t help the already unpleasant experience. We heard from the neighbouring table that they also waited long. It seem as though they were bussing the tables faster than serving them (this was at around 8pm on a Sunday). For a „Michelin Guide“ restaurant it doesn’t live up to it. Definitely will be trying a different ramen place next time around. What a disappointment.

    Es ist sehr voll und obwohl man reserviert hat, hat man das Gefühl, dass man schnell aufstehen muss, weil draußen schon eine riesige Schlange ist

    Wir hatten verschiedene Gerichte, wie Szechuan Style Gyoza, Tantanmen, Tonkotsu Triple Garlic und am Schluß Matcha Eis. Es schmeckte alles sehr lecker.
