   We are glad to have had the chance to eat here. Very nice people and nice cafe feel to the dining area. Food tasted good too, just expensive and not a lot of value or technique or highlighted ingredients that you can’t find elsewhere. Thank you for having us Chef!

   I was looking for a ramen place in Seattle. I randomly found this place and took a chance. So glad I did! The ramen was so flavorful, and the choices were great. If you’re looking for a place that hits all the marks, this is it

   My friend and I had an incredible time at Momosan Seattle! From the exceptional service (shoutout to Masaki) to the delicious cocktails and mocktails, everything was spot on. We started with two orders of the Sticky Ribs and the Spicy Edamame – absolutely AMAZING! For our entrées, we had the Tan-Tan Ramen and Spicy Tonkotsu, both ridiculously delicious. The only thing that could have made the experience better would have been meeting Iron Chef Morimoto himself!

   Food was good, server was great however, she was the only server there so everything took too long - she just couldn't keep up. Not her fault, management needs to do a better job staffing

   We were seated right away. Friendly staff and reasonable pricing. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the meal. Perfect ramen for cold day.

   Always tasty and a good value. Some things came out different than I’ve had them before. The uncomfortable seating never bothered me too much but my mother had her butt go numb and have to stand many times during the meal

   The best ramen we have had in years. The Brussels sprouts were amazing. Many time they have so much oil and these were so light and tasty. I wished we lived in the area and would go there weekly. Thank you for an amazing lunch.

    Food was very good - what you expect at a Morimoto establishment. Good ramen, yummy apps, and solid drinks. Sadly, the service was average at best. Even with a reservation, we were seated in the general bar area near the stairs (upper level) - we weren't asked if we wanted a table by the window in the corner or offered another option. This made for a disruptive dining experience and awkward moments when another four top arrived just after us and was given the better table by the window. There were two servers covering eight tables including the bar seating and one of the servers was the bartender - this made for laps in service and attention. They also had no way to complete 'Tap paying with a mobile machine' - you had to ask for the check and then walk up to their register station to pay and then fill out a tip and sign the check - but there was no signature line on the check. Finally, the rest-rooms are shared with other businesses in the building which makes for the uncomfortable situation of having to put in a code to get in while fending off bathroom vultures from other businesses or walk-ins using the restroom that were bathroom squatting. Not sure if that is a code issue, but with the money this type of eatery will make, they can afford to put in their own private bathroom.
