   Arrived on time (party of 4), but was told on multiple occasions it would be 5-10 minutes, Afyer 30 minutes asked to speak the manger who arrived ~15 minutes later after a chef arrived after 10 minutes. Manager just offered the excuse that a party too longer than expectedWere seated >45 after reservation and the appetizers (soup and salad so no cooking time was served ~1 hour and 15 minites after the reservation. Despite the poor experience the manager offered only an apology for the delay. It became clear the issue was a very large party needed to leave before we could be seated and that this would not be 5-10 minutes of the multiple occasions it was stated, despite this not being true. just need to state upfront it would be 30 minutes or so, to avoid us standing outside the restaurant for the entire time when we could have gone to the bar, found an alternative restaurant at the site or passed the time in another manner.

   We were a party of seven and I had the Bison which was excellent. Colorado has a stupid law where you can’t bring your own bottle to celebrate an occasion and pay a corkage fee so beware if visiting Colorado.

   A redemption story! We come yearly with a group of friends since opening. Last year was our first year it was off; nothing was going good for them. Wrote a bad review and management contacted me to give them another shot. That was last night and it was first class. Nicely done

   Thank you Monarch Chophouse for a WONDERFUL experience. My wife and I had a great time at your restaurant. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was relaxing, and our server was the best!    All good, just took 30 minutes to receive our drinks. They came with dinner. Next time I will order drinks and then tell the waiter we will order after drinks show up. This has happened twice before. Randy Shook

   We really enjoyed our visit to The Chophouse. We were not greeted, host was on the phone at 5pm and the bar area was not set up properly. If you open at 5, service should be ready. We waited about 10 min as my husband needs a high top or bar seats. Since there are no high tops we opted for end of the bar. The back lit menus are a cool concept for a dim lit environment. I’d only say the are quite large and heavy. Appreciated the drink descriptions and photos on the drink iPad. We had a simple dinner of split Caesar and filet and bison filet. Steaks were perfect and salad presentation was fun! Our bartender was attentive and offered us the free desserts to go. We opted out but it was nice gesture. The bar back or another person gave incredible menu recommendations. Your staff presents well dressed. Service style and setting plates should be open armed, servers not putting the back of their arms/elbows in your face. We will definitely return.

   Had an amazing birthday dinner. Wait staff was attentive and friendly. Food was amazing!! Highly recommend the bison ribeye and Chilean sea bass!!

    The staff were spot on...undercooking the steak...not so great....the NY was barely prime and lacked seasoning...pretty blah as a matter of fact. Good selection of wine but a bit overpriced... Overall, I will not be coming back to done here...value isn't there.
