Atlas Restaurant Group presents Monarque, a French brasserie located in Baltimore’s Harbor East. Monarque is inspired by the French era of prosperity when culture boomed and extravagance flourished. The cuisine is complemented by a beverage program with over 500 French wine labels and an extensive collection of Cognac and Armagnac.

Transporting guests to another time and place while being rooted in the present, Monarque hosts a rotation of acts every weekend, with Baltimore's best jazz musicians, cabaret vocalists, burlesque dancers, and more.

Monarque welcomes guests of all ages Tuesday and Wednesday. On Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, the experience is suited for guests 18 years of age and older, and only adults are permitted to dine.

When making your weekend reservations, note that parties of 1-5 guests will have two hours to enjoy our cuisine and entertainment, parties of 5-8 will dine for two hours and 30 minutes, and parties of 9 and more can enjoy seating for three hours.

    For the first time, reserve exclusive seating in front of the Monarque stage to enjoy our modern cabaret and burlesque! We are delighted to offer seating for two for late night drinks and dessert and the wildest show in Baltimore. Our Mistress of Ceremonies will serenade you as our burlesque performers tantalize and bewitch. Your experience is enriched with two craft cocktails and a dessert of your choosing for each guest, and if you would prefer to go incognito while you enjoy the entertainment, we can provide an elegant masquerade mask when you arrive. We offer only 12 seats on Fridays and Saturdays - reserve now for an experience you'll never forget! Please note that a standard reservation is for full dinner service at the best available seating.     Had a table in front of the stage. Steak & fries were really good. Good performance. Good drinks. Would definitely go again

    The ambiance, service, and entertainment make an evening at Monarque a delightful experience. The food was very good though portions were a little on the smaller side for the entree prices, and presentations involved a fair amount of sauce/gravy with the meat dishes. Some of the more flavorful items were the sides and appetizers such as the Alaskan King Crab and the Brussels sprouts (they were amazing). The craft cocktails were fantastic and the pistachio crème brûlée was a perfect finish (and easy to share). Overall, while a bit expensive, it was a wonderful evening. I would definitely return.

    it was my best friends 30th and we had a reservation. we were seated towards the back with an obstructed view of the stage which is what we were excited to see. there was also a slight chill to our experience as we were seated close to a door that opened quite often. outside of that service was excellent and the food was amazing!

    So loud couldn’t hear anyone in our party talking. Food was not too good for the price. Not the best options. Wouldn’t go back.

    I have visited Monarque multiple times, and every visit has been exceptional. The food is always delicious. Their cocktails are equally impressive, crafted with great attention to detail and always on point. One of the best perks is their Sunday special, which offers half-price wine bottles. This makes an already fantastic experience even better. The wine selection is excellent, so it is a great opportunity to try something new. The service is consistently top-notch. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and always enhances the dining experience. Highly recommend!

    It was our first time at Monarque and we really loved it. The performer Jordan Mills was very talented and we enjoyed his music. The food was great and the staff were really sweet and made us feel special. We recommend it to everyone. James and Sean

    First time visiting and it was good but not great for the cost. I enjoyed the music but it was too loud for conversation at the table. I doubt that I would go there again.

    Delicious! Domestic Wagyu and Ribeye Cap steaks were cooked to perfection. Very attentive staff and nice ambiance.

    Great atmosphere, good food, moderate pricing. You pay for the atmosphere and the service. If it was just the food I would say it is overpriced. All and all a good experience though.
