Atlas Restaurant Group presents Monarque, a French brasserie located in Baltimore’s Harbor East. Monarque is inspired by the French era of prosperity when culture boomed and extravagance flourished. The cuisine is complemented by a beverage program with over 500 French wine labels and an extensive collection of Cognac and Armagnac.

Transporting guests to another time and place while being rooted in the present, Monarque hosts a rotation of acts every weekend, with Baltimore's best jazz musicians, cabaret vocalists, burlesque dancers, and more.

Monarque welcomes guests of all ages Sunday through Thursday. On Friday and Saturday, the experience is suited for guests 18 years of age and older, and only adults are permitted to dine.

When making your weekend reservations, please note that parties of 1-5 guests will have two hours to enjoy our cuisine and entertainment, parties of 5-8 will dine for two hours and 30 minutes, and parties of 9 and more can enjoy seating for three hours.

    For the first time, reserve exclusive seating in front of the Monarque stage to enjoy our modern cabaret and burlesque! We are delighted to offer seating for two for late night drinks and dessert and the wildest show in Baltimore. Our Mistress of Ceremonies will serenade you as our burlesque performers tantalize and bewitch. Your experience is enriched with two craft cocktails and a dessert of your choosing for each guest, and if you would prefer to go incognito while you enjoy the entertainment, we can provide an elegant masquerade mask when you arrive. We offer only 12 seats on Fridays and Saturdays - reserve now for an experience you'll never forget! During this time frame, a standard reservation without the entertainment experience is for a la carte dinner service at the best available seating.

    Definitely a 'scene'. Packed on a Saturday night, with an energetic, upbeat, and quite diverse crowd (young/old; Black/White; dressed up/casual; dates/groups). Food was really great; bar was busy so a bit slow, but great drinks. Performances were fun and added to the atmosphere. Not for those looking for a quiet evening, but for those looking to have a memorable one.

    Absolutely LOVED the Sunday dining service with elegant piano player. The gentleman played hit songs the audience were all familiar with. The decorative theme and ambiance was vintage. The food presentation was just as delicious as it looks in my photos.. I tried something NEW! Our tastebuds were pleasantly impressed! Great place for food and classy entertainment.

    my bf and I went for valentines. it was definitely a different dining experience with the show but that’s what we wanted. the vibe was classy and upbeat and the food was good. service was a little slow which might’ve been because of the holiday but our waitress was sweet and attentive for the most part. i wouldn’t recommend for an intimate date because it was loud and you couldn’t have a conversation and the tables were pretty close. But overall it good experience if your looking for a fun dinner date.

    Went for Valentine’s Day with friends. Service was initially slow but picked up after a few rounds of drinks. Staff was professional and friendly. Entertainment was excellent. Food was great as usual. Due to the “holiday” the menu was price fix, I would probably avoid that in the future- just a personal preference.

    We checked out Monarque for their pre-fixe valentines day menu. We were pretty disappointed for such an expensive meal to be so sub-par. We ordered the wagyu steak & the king salmon entrees. It wasn't awful just lacked flavor honestly. The truffle mushroom shavings didn't help the steak. We had a 5 pm reservation and didn't eat until 7:15. We were there before it got busy but the staff complimented us with a round of drinks on the house which was nice. We had another event to be at 8pm so the super long wait was really inconvenient and then got the food to not ve amazing ehhhhh $450 that I wish I could get back. The ambiance was outstanding tho with live band.

    The experience was great. Our server was knowledgeable and fun. The show was amazing and interactive. We definitely recommend for others and will come back.

    Had a reservation for 8:30 but was not seated until 9pm. Other than that, the food, drinks, and service were outstanding.
