Atlas Restaurant Group presents Monarque, a French brasserie located in Baltimore’s Harbor East. Monarque is inspired by the French era of prosperity when culture boomed and extravagance flourished. The cuisine is complemented by a beverage program with over 500 French wine labels and an extensive collection of Cognac and Armagnac.

Transporting guests to another time and place while being rooted in the present, Monarque hosts a rotation of acts every weekend, with Baltimore's best jazz musicians, cabaret vocalists, burlesque dancers, and more.

Monarque welcomes guests of all ages Sunday through Thursday. On Friday and Saturday, the experience is suited for guests 18 years of age and older, and only adults are permitted to dine.

When making your weekend reservations, please note that parties of 1-5 guests will have two hours to enjoy our cuisine and entertainment, parties of 5-8 will dine for two hours and 30 minutes, and parties of 9 and more can enjoy seating for three hours.

It was fantastic, and they made an amazing dinner for my husband's first birthday since we got married. I booked the day when it does not have the performance event scheduled, due to my husband birthday was Monday. However, their service fulfilled our dinner and time while we were there. I bet I will visit there again to watch the show.

Food was great but the show and ambience was incredible. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a great night out.

This is my second time dinning here and this time was just ok. The restaurant was crowded and the staff seemed to be overwhelmed. My service felt a bit rushed due to the wait staff seemingly overwhelmed. The food was just ok. The taste of the food was good however the octopus had unnecessary garnishments as well as the duck. Wished it was more simpler like the first experience. The atmosphere is nice, dim lighting, spacious, give you a good french vibe. I think for the higher end price options the service could have been more attentive.

Weekends are extremely packed, service / attentiveness was low because of it.

Always a fantastic time. The entire Monraque staff knew it was our anniversary from the moment we checked in, and made sure it was a special night. Food is beyond fantastic!

Food was okay, nothing special. The burlesque show was less than expected. It was only two dancers for 30 mins, we thought it would be longer and scheduled a later dinner for it. It’s definitely an interesting concept but the execution fell flat.

Halloween Burlesque show. Great performances (!) and a magical atmosphere during and already before the show. Very cheeky / naughty, and a little kinky, but fun and open-minded. Very entertaining. Would've been nice if the stage was a bit more visible from further back: Quite a few heads in the way. Maybe raise the stage a bit more or go out into "the crowd" more. Breaks between the courses were quite long; to pass the time, I would've probably shown an act between each of the courses instead of all the acts in the end, but otherwise, very good. Very good food, maybe a little liberal on the salt (mashed potatoes) and sugar (pumpkin soup) but within measures. Unlimited refills on the bread and herbal butter - don't see that often in restaurants. Funny little Gin tasting experience. Cocktails were good: The taste profile of the French 75 and naked Martini were a little imbalanced maybe. I appreciated them going easy on the Angostura Bitters for the Old Fashioned; very good.
