Unorganisiert: wir wurden drei Mal umgesetzt obwohl wir reserviert hatten. Leider war das Servicepersonal dabei alles andere als freundlich. Die Getränke waren gut, jedoch rechtfertigt sich der Preis keinesfalls.

I went to monkey bar after my friends suggestion, my experience was very disappointing. I ordered drink and chips which never came and then the bartender came with bill including everything. The staff was not cooperative the guy on the door was very rude and busy on mobile . I requested him that can he make my pic he refused. Overall it is a nice place with not nicely managed staff.

Wir hatten eine tolle Servicemitarbeiterin, die uns sehr gut gelaunt in den Feierabend begleitet hat. Die Aussicht ist genial und das Essen vom Neni lecker. Die Drinks waren auch perfekt. Das sollte man sich als echter Berliner auch öfter mal gönnen. Vielen Dank für einen perfekten Feierabend.

Wo kann man Vibe von Berlin besser einatmen als über den Dächern der Stadt….? In Monkey Bar genießt ihr Dachterrasse mit atemberaubenden Blick auf die Skyline von der betörenden Hauptstadt Deutschlands. Wir sind mit meinen Freunden sehr zufrieden, obwohl es so voll war, dass keine Stecknadel zu Boden fallen kann. Ich möchte Hostess Lida auszeichnen, die sehr nett, aufmerksam war und uns sehr freundlich den Tisch zeigte, half an einem anderen Tisch Platz zu nehmen, um unglaubliche Fotos zu machen. Um ehrlich zu sein, sind wir dorthin gekommen, um die Atmosphäre zu genießen und nur auf das abendliche Berlin zu schauen; alkoholfreie Getränke passen perfekt zu unserer Stimmung für den Abend. Danke schön, wir brauchten frischen Hauch von Emotionen, den wir erhielten haben. Дорогі українці, заклад рекомендую)

Der Besuch der Monkey Bar sollte eigentlich das Highlight des Wochenendtrips nach Berlin werden, was ich meiner Schwester zum Geburtstag geschenkt hatte. Ich hatte einen Außenplatz Wochen im voraus reserviert, bekommen haben wir einen ungemütlichen Tisch im Innenbereich. Nach unserer Ankunft sind wir dreimal von einem Mitarbeiter zum anderen geschickt worden, als wir nach unserem Tisch fragten. Die Musik war für meinen Geschmack viel zu laut, Gespräche also kaum möglich. Die Cocktails schmeckten gut mit einem tollen Ausblick über Berlin.

Komplett überfordertes Personal, schlechte Musik, man hat sich gefühlt wie in einem Club obwohl man nur entspannt was trinken wollte. Extrem schlechten Platz bekommen, obwohl man reserviert hat. Nie wieder Monkey Bar, geht lieber woanders hin.

We arrived in Berlin late on a Sunday night and wanted a reservation somewhere to just chill, get drinks, and some light food. When we first arrived at Monkey Bar we thought we might have made a mistake—the vibe was loud and nightclub-like (more than expected). But, we walked in and found ourselves a quiet spot where the volume was much lower and people were also just hanging out and enjoying themselves—SO glad we stayed! The drinks were amazing (mango margarita was so good that my husband can’t stop talking about it) and I really appreciated the low-alcohol options and went with the wildberry monkey which was refreshing without being overpowering. We ordered Korean chicken bites and would go back again even if just for those! Perfectly cooked chicken pieces in a crunchy batter and slightly spicy sauce. Even though you look out on a dark zoo at nighttime, it was still worth it to look out over the city, relax with great drinks, and enjoy better than average bar food. We will definitely be back!
