The service was disappointing considering the location and price of the venue. Was not greeted in a friendly manner by the front of house and was not given a menu or asked about drinks until ordering of the meal. Told our server about allergy to cilantro and this went back and forth for a long time so it was shocking when our first dish came out laced with cilantro which we obviously had to send back. This then meant getting our warm small plates before the cold which ruined the eating experience since the cold dishes have more delicate flavours you don’t want overpowered. Our wine was not topped up throughout the meal until our meal was almost finished and we had to ask for a top up. The food was decent but not remarkable. The bathrooms had a terrible smell to them and were quite far away from the restaurant. All in all, we expected better service from being in Central London.

Really nice experience between theatre showing's seeing Harry Potter. Restaurant was prompt to service us at 5:15pm and had 3 courses in 75 mins so perfect for what we needed and a good standard of food

Food quality poor. Service very slow. Food for was not served at same time. Some of us had finished eating before others had anything.

Amazing food in a really welcoming and relaxed environment despite it being extremely busy. Small plates were all delicious and staff very attentive

Very disappointed. The food was good but service made this dinner a not so enjoyable experience. We were rushed through the courses with main arriving before we had the chance to finish out starters because we had been waiting for a bread order for 20min...
