Superbe endroit chaleureux. Un Personnel sympathique, souriant et réceptive. Nourriture excellente et prix abordable. Mon endroit préféré quand j'habitais a Ottawa, maintenant je viens de Gatineau par amour de cet endroit !

Fantastic food coupled with incredible service. Couldn’t be more pleased. The staff went above and beyond my expectations. The manager was very personable and treated us like VIPs. Thanks for making my daughter’s birthday celebration memorable!

Another enjoyable dinner at Montanas. Always good food served by friendly efficient staff who seem to enjoy working together. I still have one complaint that it is always cold there and if you get seated under a vent it will be uncomfortable. I always wear a jacket with long pants and therefore I can dine in comfort. Highly recommend.

My wife and I both ordered surf and turf. She is 7 ounce steak (medium well done) and I had a 10 ounce steak (medium). When they got to our table, my wife, 7 ounce steak was medium and my 10 ounce steak was medium well done. The waitress kindly offered to take 50% off of our appetizer for the mixup. My wife and I exchanged steaks. They have own steak had a chunk of grizzle from one end to the other, and was not edible. I mentioned this to our waitress and she said she would ask the manager to come and see us. The manager explained that she was having trouble with the supplier of the 7 ounce steaks And quite a few had come back unacceptable. She said she would do something for us. Never materialized. We asked for our check, paid and left. I must say the service was impeccable, the 10 ounce steak was delicious and done to perfection for a medium. I paid with a debit card and the machine asked me if I would recommend Montana to a friend, fortunately, there was a skip option. To be fair, I understand having problems with this supplier, but I would have stopped offering 7 ounce unacceptable steaks to my clients Have I been in the managers position. Offer a 10 ounce steak in its stead for the same price, take a hit on profit and have satisfied customers walking away! Had a been for our excellent hostess, Avery, the whole evening might have been a wash. For $154 I would’ve expected a bit more.
