Are service was good beer was cold and so was are food. My brisket was so cold it had that yellow gelatin on it like it just came out of a can. Thank God for microwaves

Order chicken fajitas - came out warm, not sizzling. I said as much to the girl that brought out the food and her response was "it was sizzling before". I made one fajitas and then our waitress offered to get me a new order - within one hour of eating , I was extremely sick, barely made it home and was like that for 24 hours...I'm not sure if it was rushed and undercooked or veggies were not washed properly but it was an awful experience. I used to go to the Whitby location all the time and never had an issue, not so sure I'll ever be back here.

Our server Akayla was amazing and kind! She was informative and helpful when deciding on what to order! Food was delicious, I didn't get to take a photo because of how yummy it smelt and tasted!

Our waitress was efficient , helpful and had our dinners served in a timely manner as our group of seniors were going to little theatre. The food was delicious and we all enjoyed our choices. Thank you

Baked potato was undercooked, steak was good, baked beans were reminiscent of canned product. Waited too long for waitress to offer coffee topup and option for ordering dessert. Blame the company for not enough staff on the holiday as the waitress was also seating customers and cleaning tables.

Was expecting something for the birthday. After them knowing, but without announcing it to everyone. Not a cake, not a happy birthday no offer. Even though we had the email for it. noone asked, noone offered. We felt very ignored. My dad had asked for ketchup & something else and noone came back, had to grab it off another table. It felt very rushed and not very nice. We didnt even have salt or pepper..

Our food was cold when it came out. The brisket was super dry. Our waitress wasn’t good either. She didn’t check on us once. It was always someone else coming to the table.
