   Restaurant is not clean at all. Plates and cups are dirty. It seems they don't wash cluttering properly. I made a reservation with many days in advance and when I got there they said they don't take reservations through Open Table even though I got 2 comfirmatin texts.

   Booked a reservation for my party for the Niagara Falls Montana’s location. Arrived to be rudely told that this location doesn’t accept reservations. They had no interest in my email confirmed reservation. And no interest in my business. Manager was called to restate no reservation policy. Zero customer service received during initial interaction. Restaurant was not full. People who arrived after me were seated before me. With my attempts to resolve and problem solve we were finally seated. Server was excelled. Food was average. Leadership at this restaurant need a refresher in customer service. Grossly disappointed overall. Situation could have been resolved with an apology. If I had other options I would have left but stayed and that will be my final time eating at a Montana’s. This company doesn’t want business. They want you to dine at their competitors instead. Our party attempted to provide feedback to the corporation after the fact. This too was met with no service recovery rather just a restate of their no reservation policy. If you don’t take reservations get off of open table and stop providing poor service. It’s a disgrace.

   The restaurant gets a lot of tourist traffic. The food was not that great. They were out of plastic cutlery, coleslaw and to go cups. The ribs were cooked too long, the cornbread was dry and over baked, the chicken wings were good and so was the baked potato. I ordered it loaded and it came with a little butter and sour cream. The server was the star of the meal because he was personable and doing his best to provide a good experience.

   I always enjoy Montanas restaurant but this experience was not the best. To start, we had booked a reservation through Open Table and at arrival we were told, rather rudely, that they don't take reservations, it didn't matter because the place was almost empty but the tone was unnecessary. I did have a reservation, hence, the review in Open Table. The food was very good but the service very slow specially at the start, we had to stand and look for the server to take our order as we had been waiting for 15 min after we were seated and nobody came. There was only 2 or 3 tables with patrons. It got better later but slow in general. It was not our regular Montanas experience

   The do not accept open table reservations. Why not take down the restaurant from open table to avoid wasting people's time.

   Booked 2 tables of 5, my wife and I took our daughter and 3 nephews, my mom was taking the other 3 kids, they opted to put us together, so my mom offered to pay for everyone, so now all of a sudden it was an 18% gratuity for terrible service.

   food and wine was great but time between mails was to quickly. starter was half way and the steak was al on the table. then it was not very warm anymore

    Great atmosphere with amazing food. Haven’t had a great steak like that in awhile!! Service was amazing from host server and management. Would definitely recommend this place to try
