    Beautiful restaurant, food was really lovely! We were sat at the large windows / door which was lovely but there was a very cold draft, tables were all full so didn’t ask to be moved. Server wasn’t the most pleasant from the beginning, made a visible facial display when we didn’t tip the highest percentage choice on the bill. Overall we enjoyed the experience.

    We were there on a very busy night and I think they hindered the services a bit but, boy, the food was excellent! We will be back!!!

    This my second visit to Monterey and it did not disappoint. Wonderful service, wonderful wine list, and the Prime Rib special was perfect.

    The service was excellent and the food was delicious. The only issue was the 6 oz tenderloin served to my husband looked more like 2.5 ounces. (I know my food weights) We believe in politely telling a restaurant when things are not as they should be, so we mentioned it to our waiter...who said "well, it's 6 ounces uncooked". Either way, the guys were joking that my husband's meal looked like a meatball instead of a tenderloin. Luckily he had gotten full on delicious crispy artichokes (amazing), salmon belly, tuna tartare, oysters and chopped salad before the main course came. My salmon was great. We will go again, but never order the ridiculously tiny tenderloin.

    Food was not good, service was slow and very overpriced. It took an hour and 15 minutes for our main meal to come out and we had to get to a Broadway show.
