The only thing I would suggest is being near the reef have more seafood options

I really enjoyed the food and the experience at Montes! I highly recommend the restaurant and it’s definitely worth the drive to hideaway bay from Airlie beach. I made a reel on my @enchantedwhitsundays instagram page!

We got the squid tentacles and fish and chips which was swordfish. $70. Left hungry and went to Northerlies . Tasted good but not worth $70. Very disappointed

Amazing steak and seafood with an incredible view! Cocktails were excellent, especially with a 2-hour Happy Hour

Beautiful location .dining area arranged with nice space between diners and great views. We had seafood feast and it was lovely! Good choice of beer,wine and cocktails. Everything was really good but waitress service needs improvement.

Perfect location even if you don’t manage to catch the glorious sunsets. The service in the evening we had dinner here was exemplary and the food, even though overpriced, was also very good.
