Had previously visited twice in the past two years & the food & service was fantastic, “Moo Moos signature dish”. Though this current experience was disappointing. We ordered the signature dish again, x two & it was poor. The meat had nice flavour though the rump was not tender & chewy. The previous pear salad was just exceptional, though the current pear salad was full of bitter cabbage which no longer complimented the dish as a whole like it should, limited pear & walnuts throughout, couldn’t actually eat it. The service was good though not consistent from either of our last two experiences, by napkins not being laid & water not refilled without asking (your paying for this quality of service). The music was slightly too loud which made conversation at the table very difficult. Wouldn’t recommend the private dining room as it was very hot, we had to change tables. Value for money is very poor, $745 later, a 4hr drive on holidays to enjoy a lovely dinner, we will not be back as it did not live up to our previous expectations. What a shame, I truly am disappointed.

Whole experience was top notch Only negative is the need to push tipping on the bill The place is expensive so no need to add undue costs to bill

The name of the restaurant suggests that steak would be the specialty. The fact was the steak was nice but I've had better and for a lot less dollar. On top of that you didn't get the sauce of you choice but had to pay extra. The service was nice. The table was in a spot with no air conditioning so uncomfortably hot. Sorry to say that overall it was a disappointing experience.

Fabulously cooked beef, wonderful sides, lovely wine. I'll go back next time I'm down in Broadbeach, that's for sure

First time visiting on the recommendation of a friend and we were super impressed! Very cool and moody interior, actually comfortable chairs, gorgeous wine closet and really cool to see the chefs working through the window while we sat and chatted. Alberto was our waiter and he was exceptional. Sweet, charming, explained the greatest hits of the menu and ensured my allergy was on the books and catered for. He wished my partner a happy birthday, was witty and hilarious and worked incredibly hard - as we could see him running around to all his other tables with the same level of care and enthusiasm. Food was next level. My partner got the tasting plate of steaks and was impressed by each and every one. The mushrooms and potato sides were to die for. Cocktails were delicious - summer breeze and purple rain were our poison. And to top it all off - the hot fudge brownie was so decadent and impressive. Alberto even brought out a plate with chocolate writing for my partners birthday with his running joke of it being everyone’s 21st if they were celebrating a birthday. All in all - so glad to have had such a wonderful experience.

We had a very mixed experience at your restaurant, Food 10 Service 10 Venue 0 The doof doof music was way to loud we had trouble hearing staff recommending wine so we did not order any wine, the poor staff were having problems with the loudness of poor quality music blasting, we would not recommend or return
