   Our server Princess was amazing - the food was great but u think I was expecting a little more from the menu. The dessert was disappointing.

   Best sushi experience yet. It’s so unique and honestly so delicious. The chefs made my pieces gluten free and even was able to put no seaweed for me for the ones with seaweed. Overall amazing experience and delicious fresh sushi!

   I’ve been to the original restaurant in Chicago and chose not to do the beer pairing. That was a mistake! The beers are excellent and pair perfectly with each dish. Everything we ate was delicious and very different flavors from other omakase that we have tried. This rest is a must!

   Absolutely loved this place. First visit was in Chicago, my hometown. Heard about Moody Tongue Sushi opening in WPB. Had a work trip planned in Feb, made a reservation and had a wonderful experience. Wouldn’t change a thing. The beer pairings were delicious!

   Definitely not as expected. Service was great. Not the best Omakase experience. Poor for Omakase. Very little value for the money. One time thing , that's it.

   Just perfect. I am usually loath to rave about a new find…afraid they will be booked solid forever. It was a dream. I hope to another in the future. Now, just reliving the night in my mind.

    The space was dark and quiet and the sushi chef’s were meticulous in their preparation. Seating was slightly delayed, so the next seating must have been 30-40 minutes late. The bathrooms at the Hilton were horrendously dirty. Rather unpleasant to go back to eating after that.
