We enjoyed our meal, but the chef uses an excessive amount of spice/pepper in his preparation. Didn't realize it is a prix fixe menu, which is fine, but greatly limits the selection. The wine list is also quite limited.

Fantastic dinner experience. Tasting menu was exciting, fresh, vibrant. Wine pairing had some nice surprises, also thought was good value. Service on point, friendly and knowledgeable. Tables nicely spaced out, nice buzz in room but not too loud. Pretty perfect for our date night!

Our dinner at Mooncusser was a remarkable meal. The variety of dishes, the quality and flavor of them, and the service were all exceptional. In addition, the wine pairing is the first time we've had a wine pairing that truly worked perfectly with the food. Everyone in our party of four was extremely impressed, and we will definitely be back. The room is comparatively small and quirky in the sense of being on a triangular building on the third floor. The service was impeccable, but unrushed.

If you are a foodie, this table is well worth it and highly recommended. I never thought I would say “celery soup stole the show”!

There were probably one too many courses on the set menu and a few items that just fell flat. The entire tasting menu felt overly citrus heavy, though I know the tasting menu isn’t always the same. For us, what we had was good but didn’t blow us away which is what we expected when hearing about Mooncusser.
