We've eaten here a few times and think the food is great even though pricey for the area.
Our usual place to eat for Thanksgiving was booked so we decided to try Morettis. Our reservation was for 1p. Why we had to make one I don't know cuz they weren't crowded. Upon sitting down we were promptly told out of pumpkin pie! HOW?
This was a TG meal and at no time was a basket of warm bread sent to the table...or even dinner rolls when the meal came! MInd you this was over $27 PP.
Food arrived fast and hot. More than enough turkey even had some dark meat. Nice and tender!
Mashed potatoes and gravy were good. The Sweet mashed could've used some flair...some butter, cinnamon or even brown sugar sprinkled on it. Flavor was basic but ok. The veggies were decent. The cranberry sauce was good. Meal shouldve been $18. PP
What brought this meal down was the atrocious "stuffing". Stove Top is 10x better than what they tried passing off as stuffing. It was basically, thick soppy, saggy white bread covered in what tasted like chicken bone broth, This was GARBAGE. We even told the waiter that while everything else tasted good, the stuffing is beyond horrible. He said he would say something. Well...I guess things have changed over the years because at no time did a manager come over to our table to speak with us and try to make it right.
What happened to the old days if something was really bad, you would get comped a dessert, a drink, or something? And to add insult...they even tried to sneak in that almost $2 service fee which I told the waiter to remove and he did.
On a scale of 1 -10 I have to give this very pricey, no rolls, horrible stuffing, no pumpkin pie at 1p (Which DEF' couldn't have sold out based on an almost empty restaurant)....along with no management coming to our table....as well as trying to charge us a fee for being a customer...a 5
While we'll be back for the other eats Im gonna watch for that service fee and never again eat a TG meal here

It’s disappointing to hear about the lack of bread service, the stuffing quality, and the unavailability of pumpkin pie, especially on a holiday. We strive to provide a great dining experience and are sorry for falling short in these areas. Your feedback about the stuffing and the missed opportunity to connect with management is noted, and we’ll address these internally to improve.
We appreciate your honesty and hope to provide a better experience for you on your next visit. Thank you for sharing your thoughts!
