Morimoto Asia is Chef Masaharu Morimoto first pan-Asian restaurant. The creativity of Chef Morimoto is already one of the most inventive forces in Asian cuisine. This culinary destination includes unique exhibition kitchens that showcase traditions like Peking duck carving and dim sum. Morimoto Asia’s eye-catching, 36-foot tall, two-story layout includes lounges, private dining spaces, and an exhibition glass encased kitchen that allows guests a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the culinary action. The second-level sushi bar and lounge have a separate entrance.

Morimoto Asia is located at The Landing at Disney Springs, an entertainment-dining-retail district. With an overhaul and re-branding of this portion of Walt Disney World Resort, Disney Springs will present a fresh and new face to the magical kingdom that is sure to be an extraordinary experience.

                                                                          Last night my wife and I went here for dinner. Our server was Tyana and she was absolutely amazing. The food here is also incredible. If you’re looking for a slightly more expensive date night I couldn’t recommend a better place! Definitely coming back next time we are down here.

                                                                          From the moment you walked into this restaurant, you knew it had a factory atmosphere. Pumping out hundreds of meals and turning tables. Of course, when you are in Orlando near the theme parks and convention centers what would you expect? This is not the Morimoto dining experience you've come to expect in their other locations. The service from Eli was attentive, professional, and expertly delivered. The food (sushi, lettuce wraps, and duck/pork/shrimp fried rice) were very tasteful and ample. The drinks (beer/wine/saki) were grossly overpriced. Moreover, the sushi /sashimi food offerings were outrageously priced. The value at this restaurant is simply non-existent. This establishment must be paying outrageous property rental fees coupled with exorbitant overhead costs to justify charging their prices. I would never step foot again in this overpriced dining factory.

                                                                          Beware if you order mixed drinks. They charge 3.00 for ice per drink . We had 2 mixed drinks apiece. 16.00 for liquor plus 3.00 for ice per drink. We had 2 sushi rolls that 6 small pieces per roll. Total bill over 105.00 Won’t be back

                                                                          We always go to Morimoto, whenever there is one near our destination. The food is exactly what we have come to expect, which is to say delicious. This locations service, however, is the star of the show. I don’t know if it is due to proximity to Disney or we were just very fortunate, but the entire kitchen group was amazing. Our son was fascinated by the kitchen/servers/hostesses. They had every opportunity to pass him by and go about their business. Not a single one of them did! They were all stopping and talking with him. Answering his questions and asking him some as well. He had the time of his life “working” with them and pretending to be a server. We are at Disney World and the most memorable moment, without a doubt, was at Morimoto. Thank you to the entire restaurant staff for being so amazing!

                                                                          The kitchen was overloaded with holiday traffic and food took a long time to come out. The dishes seemed rushed and not as flavorful as past visits. The food was good, but not Morimoto good.

                                                                          Morimoto Asia is a must for Disney Springs!! The food is so delicious, you can’t go wrong with anything you get. Make sure you get the Sangria, it’s made with saki and it’s delicious!
