   Server was awful and manager not much better. I won’t be back. Charged me 18% gratuity on 7 ppl. Their policy is that charge on 8 ppl. Said it was because we had one no show

   It was my birthday and they had the table set up so cute with birthday confetti and a birthday card with a cute message on it. They even took my picture for me and printed it out. It was really nice. The food was 100/10. The lobster Mac and cheese OMG delicious. I love everything about that place.

   Everything was just right. The food was melt in your mouth delicious and prepared expertly. We arrived to a table ready for us specifically with a welcome card stating Happy 50th Birthday which automatically made it feel special. After we settled in the manager came by and took our picture then returned to our table within minutes with the picture printed and in a Morton’s frame. Such a nice and thoughtful touch. Our server Gindy was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

   Our food was delicious as always, but the service left a lot to be desired. Server was nice, but forgot items we ordered. It wasn't busy nor were they closing yet; not sure why we had the check dropped off at our table when we were just starting our dessert and intended to order more. We didn't get to use our Landry's card, etc. Otherwise the experience would have been 10/10.

   We love Morton’s! Especially this location the food never disappoints. We had the most amazing sever last night as well! We had our 9 year old with us for date night and she really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. She remained extremely attentive throughout the night and that’s rare in Atlanta these days.

   The waiter didn't know the menu and could not answer basic questions. I planned a surprise Bday Desert and he announced it at the beginning of the dinner. Blew the Surprize. Then after dinner the manager brought the desert and forgot the candle. I had to leave the table to explain again it was a guest at the table bday. Needed to tell him to go back to kitchen get the candle 3rd try.... morton's has lost the concept of hospitality and service. The entire company should read the Book "Unreasonable Hospitality", by Will Guidara. We went to Marcel last week in Atlanta, and they were outstanding on every measure. Marcel is Big league Mortons was like JV. WANNAABE.

   Dinner took 3 hours, we poured our own wine and my steak was dry and cold. First and last time for Morton’s.

    Food was fabulous! Zero complaints about the quality or presentation! Lots to choose from! We loved the seafood towers. Only issue was the service. It was incredibly slow, tables were not bussed and we tried 3 times ordering more drinks and kept being told they would come back. It was 45 minutes after finishing first drink that we got our second. Had to ask twice to place food order. We ended up being there feom 6:40-10:20. Long night. But great company and atmosphere.
