Server was wonderful - food was good, but took us almost 30 minutes late with our reservation.

With all the top notch steak restaurants (top notch any restaurants) in the area this is not one of them. Everything is just wrong. The atmosphere is terrible. The bartenders are boring and awkward. The food is equivalent to seasons 52 except not healthy. Morton’s use to be top notch. Sadly it’s just a place to go to when you can’t get a reservation anywhere else in Boca.

As always this Morton’s location is fabulous. Everything was excellent. It was my granddaughter’s 7th birthday and the waitress made her feel really special.

We always get the Morton salad and share a New York strip, thin French fries, and sautéed spinach and mushrooms. Dinner is always delicious and the service couldn’t be better.

the food was delicious but the service was not great. the waiter never came to check on us and we asked other servers for assistance. it wouldn’t be a big deal but we spent a lot of money and service should have been excellent.

Went there for my birthday and wasn’t disappointed. The decor service and food was excellent. Definitely would return.

The service, compared to baseline expectations of a high end steakhouse was poor overall, the waitress seemed good so not sure how much was her versus no support staff and kitchen staff. First we were rushed through our apps and first course salad because 'the food came out early'. Then our steaks were cooked wrong (the medium well was rare, the rare was medium well). We considered switching but they were two different cuts and not cheap so we requested it be fixed. We then sat at the table with sides and no main as our son ate. At some point the manager brought us plates to 'enjoy the sides while we wait' - which was nice but he weirdly flashed a gift card at us multiple times as if he was thinking of offering it for the mistake but chose not to. Then once we finished eating we sat with dirty dishes on the table for no less than ten minutes - was there no bus staff? It seemed the waitress was expected to do everything, which is ridiculous when there is bus staff milling about on the empty side of the restaurant. Finally, the icing on the cake of bad service was that we were charged twice for the steak that was sent back because it was cooked to the wrong temperature. Very disappointing. We had the bill adjusted but didn't even receive an apology for the mistake...a mistake which added almost $100 to our bill and almost seemed intentional. We will not be going back.
