    On New Year's Eve, We were greeted by no one. I had to search out the hostess, who was extremely rude. Valet was not operating. After waiter took our order we had to ask twice to get the bread. We didn't see him for 40 minutes to even order a second round of drinks. He didn't tell us about a wine special of half price, which would've been nice to know. When we got our food it was amazing but they forgot a side. We had to ask twice for a dessert menu and by the time we got it, we couldn't order dessert because we had after dinner plans that we had to rush off to. I would think two hours would be more than sufficient to eat drink and get dessert. It was not. When we brought this to the waiters attention that we couldn't stay for dessert he could care less no apologies. Simply said I'll get my manager which he didn't. Will not be going back.

    Sorry to see Morton's go. I've been a customer since the beginning. I have spent at least 10 yrs with you on News years and countless birthdays and anniversaries with my friends and family.

    Good was GREAT! But the service was horrible. Our waitress was slow, made a mistake on our order, and dropped dishes when clearing our table. And when I asked for a menu I was told they would bring it after she takes my drink order. I’m sorry, but I didn’t want to wait! And to end the evening, she forgot to bring me my credit card back to me so I had to travel back to get it. If (and that’s a big if) I return, I pray we get a different waitress. If not, we will be asking for someone different.

    Wonderful view of Fountain Square and NYE fireworks just outside our window. Perfect! My go to Fountain District spot. Thank you Morton's the Steakhouse.

    Our only real complaint is that the restrooms were dirty! Toilet paper all over floor, stalls out of t-paper. No one was checking to see if they needed tidying

    Went there for the first time and we sat in the bar area by choice. We were seated right away and our waitress took our drink orders and came back with them fairly quickly. We ordered our food when our drinks arrived and the salad came out right away. Our waitress didn't come back to our table for about 20 minutes to tell us our order would be up soon. another 15 minutes went by and our food arrived. Our sides were not warm and the waitress didn't come back to the table with our food but it was brought by other staff which was fine. Just not the service you would expect from such an upscale restaurant.

    The restaurant looked like it hadn’t been touched since the day it opened. The carpet was beyond worn, the floor at our table, looked like it hadn’t been swept in days. It was covered with crumbs and also on our seat. There is dust all over the backs of the seating area. The food was mediocre, definitely not worth the price. Steak was tasteless, make sure you order the add-on seasoning/flavor for your steak. You will need it, and you will have to pay for it! This was our first and last time Coming to this restaurant.

    Morton’s has fallen from grace. The day after we dined here, it was closed permanently. It’s easy for me to understand why.

    The steak I received was cold, but didn’t complain because I was hungry. The oysters that we ordered took 30mins to come out. My mom had to send her salad back because the lettuce was wilted. The manager was nice to take the salad off the bill. Food was not good for the price.
