   We had a great Christmas dinner of Chateaubriand and all the trimmings. The service was great and the food was excellent!

   Your bar is pathetic, dirty messy and literally zero service. Never got acknowledged certainly never got a drink. I still bring my family every year because it’s tradition. Since you got bought out it’s declined. Food was good service was like at Olive Garden, adequate.

   Morton's never disappoints - another outstanding dining experience. The warm onion bread was soft and delicious. Everyone loved the superb piping hot French Onion Soup. The filet mignon and ribeye were tender, seasoned and cooked to perfection. The Cajun spiced lobster tail was succulent and tasty. The loaded baked potato was a perfect accompaniment. Our server Jarrett provided excellent service. We last dined at our hometown Morton's approximately a year ago and the consistency is always the same. We would definitely dine here and/or at any other Morton’s location around the country.

   I recently visited Morton’s Steakhouse to celebrate my spouse’s birthday, expecting a premium experience befitting a restaurant of this caliber. Unfortunately, the visit was a disappointment from start to finish, falling short of expectations for such a renowned establishment. The Setting: The location and ambiance of Morton’s are undoubtedly appealing. With the restaurant operating until 10 PM, it was moderately busy, with about 50% capacity. The valet service was efficient and attentive upon arrival, which was a promising start. However, the experience quickly deteriorated. Our Experience: 1.Reception Issues: We arrived at 8:46 PM, but no one was available to receive us or guide us to our table. We stood waiting and looking around until someone finally appeared around 8:53 PM to check us in and take my spouse’s coat. 2.Seating Concerns: We chose a booth, only to find crumbs scattered all over the seating area. I had to dust it off myself—something you wouldn’t expect in a restaurant of this class. 3.Service Delays: I ordered wine and the Wagyu meatball appetizer at 9:00 PM. Despite the restaurant being only half full and our waiter having just one other table, it took 17 minutes to receive the wine. The appetizer didn’t arrive until 9:37 PM—cold and unappetizing. After a single bite, I sent it back. 4.Decor Discomfort: The Christmas decorations, while festive, were poorly placed. They kept getting tangled in my spouse’s hair, disrupting our meal. Although the staff offered to move us, we were already in the middle of eating, making it inconvenient to relocate. 5.Main Course: My food finally arrived at 10:05 PM—thankfully hot, which was the bare minimum I could have hoped for by that point. Final Thoughts: For a restaurant of Morton’s reputation, the lack of attention to detail and slow service were unacceptable. Despite the multiple issues, the compensation offered for the long wait is laughable.

   Waiter had a hard time remembering and following up. My water glass was empty most of the night. Made us wait despite having reservations and being plenty of empty tables. My wife is pregnant and she had to wait standing. Steaks were not cooked as ordered as well.

   An outstanding experience of exemplary service, attention to detail and immaculately prepared food. The manager on duty ensured that we had an excellent, memorable experience in celebrating my wife’s 50th birthday, and it was a night she will never forget. This was our first visit to Morton’s and we will definitely itself be returning soon and recommending to all of our family, friends and associates.

    Great service and great food. Server didn’t rush us or bring the next course before we finished with the one we had. So many other restaurants can’t seem to get this right. We all had different steaks and everyone’s was perfectly cooked and delicious.
