    Very disappointed with service. It was rushed. They brought entrees when we were still having salads. Had a three course meal in under 1 hour. Not happy about pace at all

    As always, everything was excellent. We had the Wagyu short ribs. They were great. It’s always wonderful having the managers come over to our table to check how the food and service were and just to have a conversation.

    Normally, we eat in the dining area. However, some friends asked us to do a happy hour with them at the bar. While the bar food was not my style, it was tasty. The staff was very friendly and worked with us when our friends were late. All in all, a good night.

    Our waiter (Paul) gave us a superb service and the food was fantastic. I ordered the waygu steak and requested for medium. When it arrived it looked more medium well but I didn’t want to complain. He always came by to check on us and I did mention the waygu was over cooked but it’s okay I’ll eat it. I didn’t want to waste food, but he insisted of getting me another steak. He even offered getting me a new baked potato after I ate half of it. I graciously said no thank you for the loaded potato. My steak came back perfect. He wanted me to cut it to see if it’s medium. It was perfect. I also got a free dessert because it was my birthday. Homemade mud cake still warm with ice cream. I can’t complain. Excellent job well executed. Mahalo to Morton’s Steak House and Paul our waiter for an outstanding service.

    We had two birthdays and they really took care of us with the special menus printed, desserts with candles, all the staff wished them happy birthday, but most importantly the steak was 10 as well as our waiter, Ed. He knew what he was doing, very professional, amazing service, on top of everything. It turned out to be the best birthday dinner we ever had.

    Well back soon! The only complaint that we have is that we had to wait a little too long for our server to bring the check. And would love Ice with our water

    Our Valentine’s Day dinner at Mortons last night was incredible! The service was the best we’ve ever enjoyed! The food was absolute perfection! And all of that at the Valentines Special price of $179 per couple (which is a lot for us) was absolutely worth it. It was a very romantic evening, and we left feeling fantastic. Bravo, Mortons!
