Disappointing. Service was disjointed. Some blame on the busy appearing night. We received our appetizer well before our cocktails. We felt rushed to finish our drinks while our seafood tower appetizer sat at our table. We wanted to enjoy the appetizer with some wine. The rest of the evening was ok. They did comp the cocktails as a token of goodwill.

This was the first time visiting this establishment for my lady and I and for us it will be a one and done. We will not be back. The only reason I’m giving three stars is because our server, Savannah, was wonderful and amazing. She was extremely attentive, pleasant, and had a wonderful personality and did an outstanding job in spite of the shortcomings of the kitchen staff. We started with the oysters dynamite app and a chopped Greek salad and a Caesar salad. The app has good flavor but barely warm(this is a baked dish and should be served hot). The salads were both enjoyable and had good flavor. For our main I ordered a New York strip medium with grilled shrimp and the garlic butter enhancement, my lady an 8 oz filet cooked medium well. Sides were the Szechuan green beans and sour cream mashed potatoes. When food runner brought our food, it was not the right order(was actually for a couple seated adjacent to us). We notified server and she removed the entree. A little while later our correct order finally arrived(kitchen service was extremely slow and definitely off) it was without my garlic butter enhancement which again our server took care of. When the food did arrive the steaks were not cooked as requested(mine was medium well and the filet medium), and the temps of the mains and apps were barley tepid,so much so that the butter didn’t melt on my steak nor our mashed potatoes. The food had good flavor but the temp was not. For the money I paid for this meal( over $300 plus tip , which I did tip server well for her efforts) I expect a better result.

The wait staff was excellent. I appreciated the small touches, like recognizing our special occasion with a printed note on our plate.

We went for Valentine’s Day. The food was good - we had to send back a steak that was burned but they replaced it with one that was perfectly cooked. The cocktails were really good. The sides were good with the exception of the creamed spinach which was inedible. Our server was amazing.

We had a great date night at Morton’s. We shared the tomahawk ribeye as our main with Brussels and Au gratin. For dessert we had the hot chocolate lava cake, it was worth the wait! So good!

It was my hubby birthday and I wanted to do something special. We had a wonderful time and the food tasted great. Everyone was so friendly. Thank You.
