   The waitress had us waiting for over 15 minutes before she came to the table I asked for a straw it was 39 minutes before I got one. Luckily, I had a small one in my bag while waiting. The services brought out the food, I ordered Sea bass it comes with a sauce. Without asking me if I would like for the sauce to be poured on my sea based the served did. I asked why did you do that without asking, he said because it comes with a sauce. I was furious. Another person came with him to be sort of a manager. He brought out my husband food, steak and lobster tail. His request was to have the steak cooked medium it was well done. He kept his disappointment of his food to himself because I was already displeased with my food. The manager server offered to redo my food. Instead, he went in the back and poured off the sauce. He came and lied and said there was another order he took. What he failed to realize he left some of the sauce in the plate and the fish was wet. I didn’t want to make another scene do I ate. My waitress did not come back to check on us nor asked any questions about the food. She was busy giving all her time to the other three tables. We were neglected and ignored. The hostess said while seated us that our waitress was the best. She lied. I observed the rest of the waitress and waiters they were very attentive to all of their table. The food is pricey and some of the waitress are going their services to whom they think would give them a big tip. If she had teat us the same as she did the other customer’s her tip would have been different.

   Service was fabulous! Steak was good but overcooked. We enjoyed the night but for a 5-Star restaurant the fact that some of us were served and 2 still didn’t have their dinner was not appropriate.

   First time at the restaurant and it was great. We went to the nutcracker after dinner and the dinner set the night up perfectly. The food is outstanding and the wait staff was excellent. I believe her name is Liz, I apologize if that is incorrect but she was great and was considerate of our time needing to get to the show. Thanks to the whole crew.

   Our server was delightful! Her way with words made every entrée, side dish, and cocktail appetizing! Not to mention, the food was outstanding! Highly recommend!

   Great experience and great food. They were very busy but the servers always kept an eye on us to see if we needed any thing. Really enjoyed the meal.

   Our waitress Jen was awesome. Suggested that some of the sides were shareable. My only suggestion with the Filet, is my side of Bearnaise not drown the Filet. It was wonderful, but a prefer a light side of sauce. We had a nice short walk to the Florida Theater.

   We have been to another Morton’s restaurant and very much enjoyed the experience. However, we were not so fortunate at this location. If you plan to attend the dining experience, plan to park far away. There was very little parking near the restaurant, which you have to enter through the hotel. Upon entering the busy hotel you will be welcomed by an even busier rowdy restaurant atmosphere. The ambience was anything but romantic and the servers made sure to care about the VIPs rather than my pregnant wife. Thought we’d be getting a nice date night but we were served mediocre food in a mantic room for way more than was worth the money. I have made better steak at home and I have been to more accommodating and considerate steak houses. We will probably not be dinning here again.

    Jennifer was an excellent waiter for my wife and I and we’ll come request her every time we dine in. She also knows her food items and choices and history on the establishment. All-around best professional server we’ve ever had. Thank you
