   Went for Thanksgiving. Turkey dinner was not worth the price ($70) at all. Zero value. Should have gotten Boston Market carry out…wouldn’t have been able to tell the difference :). Two of us ordered from the main menu. 8oz fillets were very thin and a bit dry. Sides were good. Won’t go again. Capital Grill so much better. Server was excellant.

   The food was outstanding, as usual. Getting in at our reservation time was slow. It was a holiday and there were people waiting but service was slow. The house was NOT packed. No one offered to take our coats. The front desk was busy with phone calls as opposed to tending to the large building crowd in the lobby. Once seated service was a bit slow. But the house onion bread was amazing, as always. The cocktails were outstanding and the steaks to die-for. All-in-all a lovely experience. And I didn't have to do any dishes on the holiday.

   We had a reservation for 5pm. Took 30 minutes to be seated. Very long time gaps for visit to table from server. Long wait for everything. Glasses and dishes not thoroughly clean. Servers carrying cocktails by hand and not on trays.

   I was extremely disappointed with the thanksgiving meal. The food came to the table late. The turkey was over cooked and extremely dry. The stuffing was dry as well. The green beans were awful. I have had great dining experiences at Morton’s in the past but would never do thanksgiving dinner with them again. It’s a great restaurant for steak dinner but they failed miserably at a thanksgiving dinner. My overall rating for thanksgiving dinner at Morton’s is poor. I normally don’t give reviews, but I was extremely disappointed with the food.

   We loved our Thanksgiving meal but… the service was painfully slow and the pedestal tables are uncomfortable

   The service and food was mixed. Our waitress was fantastic but meals came out a different times and we were there for over 3 hours but given that it was Thanksgiving and the restaurant was likely short staffed it was not a big deal. The Thanksgiving dinner got good reviewed at the table, but 2 people said their steaks were burnt and I asked for a cold water lobster tail and was served spiny lobster. To the restaurant’s credit the manager and chef took at a look at it and made me another. However I was served the same spiny lobster. I didn’t eat it or make a big deal about it as not to ruin dinner for everyone else. I suspect the boxes in the kitchen are mislabeled and the chef doesn’t know what a cold water lobster is because I saw one on someone’s else plate with a filet as I was walking out. I grew up at the beach purchasing seafood off the docks so I know my fish and lobster.

   Despite a hearty warning that plates would be hot, food arrived cold after waiting over an hour since appetizers. Random outbursts from other patrons and uncontrollable shouts/noise ruined the meal. The traveling circus must have had an off day. Ghosts would have received better service. The fastest interaction of the night was when we asked for the bill. Dessert tasted good and was at least cold (on purpose). 2/5 stars. Parking was easy, you can’t miss it next to the DSW shoe store. You win some you lose some.
