   We recently visited Morton's in Orlando for our management dinner. Our group of 11 included one child. We chose Morton's because we’ve had a wonderful experience at their Chicago location, where both the service and food were excellent. The food here was just as good, but unfortunately, the service did not meet our expectations. I want to start by saying that we are not the type of parents who allow our child to be unruly in a restaurant. In fact, I left before my appetizer even arrived because he was being too rowdy for my liking, and I didn’t want to disrupt other diners’ experiences. That said, my interactions with our server before leaving were disappointing. The first issue occurred when my son, who was quietly flipping through the wine menu pretending to read, had the menu abruptly snatched from him by the server. It was unnecessary, as he wasn’t damaging the book or its pages. I then asked if there was a children’s menu, and the server curtly replied, “No,” and walked away without offering any further assistance. Thankfully, the person assisting our table stepped in, explained that while there isn’t a dedicated children’s menu, there were options, and he kindly helped get my son’s order in right away. As mentioned, I left early due to my son’s behavior, but I did mention to my husband (who stayed with the rest of the management team) that I found the server’s demeanor rude. Initially, he hadn’t noticed, but after staying for the rest of the meal, he later agreed that the server’s attitude was far from what one would expect at a fine dining establishment like Morton's. While the food was excellent, the disappointing service put a damper on what should have been a special evening. At a restaurant with Morton's reputation and price point, we expect professional and kind service. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case this time.

   Nick was amazing! Food was amazing and came out in perfect time! Couldn’t recommend it more ! Overall 100/10

   The food was great as was the service. The noise level was so loud that conversation was impossible for our party of five. It made a wonderful meal into just fair.

   Had a glorious dinner at Morton's for my 79th birthday. Over the top in service with a caring and very attentive staff. Steak cooked to perfection, the sides were so very good and of course dessert was perfect (berries and ice cream). I am so very happy that I celebrated at Morton's cause Morton's is a restaurant that strives for excellence.

   Asked for a midium well filet mignon and came very very well done filet Asked to change it and another half hour The fries was not changed and also the bernaise souce Terrible and 2 much expensive Don’t worth

   Fine dinning in the Dr. Phillips area has much competition. Morton’s is a strong option although a little old on inside, the food and service are excellent.
