Our server never asked if we wanted drinks. My boyfriend never got a Napkin and we asked and he never brought one for the meal so my boyfriend got one from The bathroom. We felt like we were less of a priority and didn’t feel comforts or being there.

Excellent dinner for my 50th. It was great food and awesome staff.

Decided on Morton’s for Valentine’s Day because we had not been to this location and we were so displeased. We waited over an hour for wine, 1.5 hours for our food. And when our food came out late, they told us they were out of the sides we chose and we chose another option. They then came back out and told us they were out of that option as well. We decided that we were over the entire experience, declined the side options, and had our food boxed and left. They also placed us in this back room that looked like it could be used for storage and they tried to dress it up for the occasion. This was a terrible experience.

The whole experience was wonderful starting with the service which was so attentive and pleasant to the amazing quality and taste of the food! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and recommend it to everyone, we will definitely be back!

Service was great, a bit too noisy, food was good but not as good as Eddy V, capital grille & BiStecca.

We’ve been going to Morton’s in Pittsburgh for sometime. The food is always excellent. We always get Bryan as a waiter. He is the best waiter we have had at any restaurant! From the valet workers, hostess to Lisa, who always checks on you, the hospitality and professionalism is AWESOME!!! This place is like no other! Great job to all of you!

Super Bowl Sunday so a little quiet, but service and food were both excellent. The chocolate layer cake was the size of head, but delicious, share with a starving family.

Morton's is normally a very good restaurant, but this visit was a huge letdown. The service was incredibly slow -- we had to wait to get more drinks and even water. Our steaks were not cooked to our preference, and for the price, we expected much better. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and we will not be returning.

Our server was not good. He left empty cocktail glasses on the table without asking if we would like anything else. He cut me off mid sentence while trying to order an appetizer and just walked away. Seemed annoyed the entire time. Did not seem to like his job at all. We ordered a bottle of wine, he brought it and after I confirmed that it was the bottle I ordered, he just served to both of us. No taste or smell prior. Did not leave the cork. The food: They start you off with what looks like a giant onion roll from Arby’s. It’s wasn’t bad, just strange. The steaks were good. Cooked exactly as ordered. Seasoning was good. Sides: truffle creamed corn tasted like white onions with no other flavor. Mushrooms and spinach was bland. Desserts: lava cake was good. The Apple walnut cheesecake was not good. The green apple flavor was overpowering and tart with no balance of sweetness from the cheesecake. This was reported to our waiter who essentially said “that sucks” and walked away with the plate containing 3/4 of the cheesecake dessert on it. The best service we received was from the bartender prior to the meal and the Valet who took care of the car. With so many options in Pittsburgh we defiantly will not be returning to Morton’s.
