Arrived for our 5 pm reservation. Parking was not an issue as we took advantage of their valet service. Greeted and welcomed as we entered. Seated and drink order was taken promptly. Our server, Randy was friendly, funny, and professional. Randy was very interactive and attentive. Our drinks were never empty and our food was perfect. We ordered the Braised short beef rib special, 8oz fillet, and the parmesan truffle shoestring fries. The food arrived promptly. The fillet was cooked medium rare and was fork tender. The braised short beef rib was perfect (not overly cooked like beef stew). The shoestring fries were temperature hot and perfectly seasoned. We ordered the chocolate layered cake and bread pudding for dessert. The chocolate cake was delicious but not rich. The bread pudding was topped with vanilla ice cream and a delicious white sauce. Great dinner and even better service. Thank you, Randy and all of tonight's staff.

Morton’s is one of my favorite places to go for a special occasion; great food, great wine, and overall a great experience. One of the best steaks you will ever have.

Service was fantastic as was the food. Everyone went out of their way to go above and beyond and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience.

Overall, the experience was great. Didn't know that the entrance was marked by a "Red" carpet and went around the building into the hotel next door, the staff member told us what to look for. Other than that, the food was great, service kind and prompt and the ambiance was quite to moderate as you can see into the kitchen.

Service is excellent. Food is good, comparable to other steakhouse. The filet mignon was overcooked and dry however the server and the Manager was so nice willing to change it to fix it.
