It was Valentine's Day so i am sure it was why it was super busy and it took over 1 hr and 20 min to get our food. It was well worth the wait! Food was delicious!! A little to dark for us, makes it difficult to read menu.

Our experience was amazing, and our server Mike had astonishing service it was really enjoyable. My fiancé enjoyed his birthday dinner as well as his guest I love how attentive our server was as well as giving a break down on the menu and pointing us in the right direction in what appetizer to pick and it turned out really good .

This is a great place if you are looking for a quiet restaurant to have a meal that's close to Union Square. I think that they have the perfect amount of low mood lighting. If you are in the area, check it out.

We are a Landry's President's VIP member. The service was mediocre. Had to ask for bread, Salt and pepper. Didn't find ourselves treated as a loyal customer of Landrys. Nobody from management came over..as usual. Won't be back to the SF location again. When a person supports a Company to the level we do and are dismissed as a walkin...won't be back. Will discuss this with Corporate.
