   Exceptional service. One of our party has a nut allergy and not only did they accommodate us, when our food arrived the servers explained to us that all of the sides (served family style) were made nut free, so everyone at the table could enjoy them. We had salads, filets, salmon, asparagus, and spinach. Food was exceptional, except the decaf cappucino, which I suspect was instant. Regardless of the decaf, the food was well prepared, served hot and tasted great!

   We were thoroughly impressed by both the exquisite cuisine and the impeccable service. The attentive and knowledgeable staff ensured that our meal was a memorable one. Our dining experience at Morton’s was truly exceptional.

   My reservation was at 10pm. I confirmed via telephone and open-table text message that I was on my way and would get there at 10pm. I got there at 10:02pm. We literally had to beg for them to let us in the restaurant (literally). Finally, the supervisor came out and allowed us in, insinuating in a rude manner he was doing us a favor in letting us in. We went in only because our 7 year old was hungry. If it weren’t for that, I would have refused to be served. Extremely dissapointed and actually offended. The supervisor has no empathy, particularly in such a high end restaurant. That is no way to treat a customer. He should be reprimanded and in fact relieved from his functions. Awful experience for a 23 December.

   Great food, ambience and service! My wife and I have been celebrating our wedding anniversaries at Morton’s for the past 15 years or so, and will continue doing so in the future thanks for the great time we always have there! Carlos, our waiter was a great host! See you next year!

   The entire Morton’s team that we had the pleasure of interacting with displayed the utmost professionalism in service and hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed the Barbaresco, seafood tower, steaks, rack of lamb and multiple sides. Thank you for your thoughtful service.

   Fantastic, the best steak in Puerto Rico. Our menu had written our celebration, service was fantastic and the food marvelous. It was too noisy and extremely cold.

    We went to celebrate our daughter’s 17th birthday hoping to spend a relax dinner, when we enter the restaurant there was a 13 birthday boy celebration in the main room with big decorations, a lot of kids running and yelling around, the waiters were very distressed and anxious about the situation. The restaurant was absolutely loud. Kind of Chuck & Cheese Vibes. Very Disappointed. But I have to say that our waiter was absolutely nice, she apologized for the situation every time she came to the table. I think the Manager fails to let this kind of activities at this time. There were private rooms perfect for groups.
