    Overall it was a good experience, they even provided my toddler son a complementary little meal of his own which was such a sweet gesture.

    We've been to Morton's several times, and I hate to say, this time was the worst. My wife sent back the chicken dish, very dry and tough. I've been the the meat business for 60 years selling all kinds of steaks. I ordered a Filet and Lobster tail. Lobster tail was good, the Filet was cooked right, but it was the toughest Filet I've ever had. I can't believe it could be that tough, cooked medium rare. Very disappointed! Meat Man

    I just want to say thank you for giving my family and especially my daughter a great experience. It was her 18th birthday and it was definitely memorable for her. Our waitress was AMAZING!

    It was a wonderful experience, my wife and I on her 56th birthday. Wait staff and everyone else made for an excellent dinner.

    paid all that money for them to take two hours to take out our food and for us to get our food and it’s cold with no complementary nothing.

    We went to Morton's last night, we arrived early and they seated us promptly, but it seemed that we had two waiters one was very conscientious, and the other very cavalier and extremely neglectful. It was as though the one waiter was following up on the other waiter. we ordered bottled water that took 15 minutes the conscientious waiter brought us out our appetizer in a timely manner, but an hour later, we still hadn't received our main course. when we indicated we were not interested in staying any longer, the poor waiter immediately brought us out our food. The meal Was cold and we-refused to receive it and asked for our bill. He indicated he would send out his manager, the manager never came. The conscientious waiter came out and made a very long apology. It was really weird. Never experienced that at Morton's before, but we are patient people and there are thing's we anticipate on very high volume dining periods. When we first arrived we sat in an area where there were 6 empty tables, before we left all these tables were filled half of the parties were eating appetizers and the others eating their main course, one of the tables who sat 1/2 hour after us, a party of 4 were eating the same food we had ordered and we were a party of 2.
